Friends/Family Trip

House was a great fit for the group. The location is ideal and close to everything that we did throughout the city. Most of the Beds are small for a couple and towels could be upgraded but overall a great time and experience.

Great place in the Gulch

Super close to downtown Nashville (we walked and ubered) Short walk to shops and restaurants in the Gulch. Great view of Downtown Nashville from the hottub balcony!

Our recent stay at this condo in Nashville was fantastic, largely thanks to its unbeatable location. Being close to Broadway meant we could easily walk to the heart of the action for nightlife and entertainment without needing a car or expensive ride-shares.We also had 2 side by side units to accommodate a large group.Beyond the entertainment district, the convenience factor was a huge plus. We had great, easy access to a nearby Whole Foods for quick groceries and a liquor store, making stocking up effortless. Additionally, the unit is perfectly situated for anyone visiting Vanderbilt University, as it was a pleasant and quick walk to the campus. This condo offers the perfect blend of Nashville's vibrant downtown scene and practical urban convenience.Property managers Nicole and Nick were also very responsive to our many questionsOverall we were very satisfied with the property and would recommend to others!

The property did not sleep as many as advertised. It was 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half. That was our biggest complaint. The owner did work with us due to the incorrect listing but I had to book an additional space to cover my needed bedrooms. Just be sure to reach out to owner BEFORE you book so he can inform you of which properties are actually available.

Amazing trip!!

The property is perfect for what we were looking for. The place was very clean when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen/living room area was a great place to reconvene for a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. The rooftop area was also amazing for a quick drink before heading out to Nashville city centre for a great night out, which is just a stone's throw away from the property. Not to mention, they also have a great bbq place down the street, which I confess we went to for breakfast everyday of our stay. There was a bit of confusion about the listing, but the property management team were incredibly helpful, friendly and quick to reply, which relieved a lot of stress for the whole booking process. The check in and check out process were incredibly easy as well. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to visit Nashville.
