The sofa in the living room is new, it is a sofa that converts into a double bed with a quality Bultex mattress.
So, there is a double bed in bedroom 1, 1 double bed and 1 single bed in bedroom 2, a double bed in the living room. The beds are all equipped with pillows and duvets.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, rental and made-in-a-bed options are available on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped:
- dishwasher
- freezer
- fridge
- induction hob
- kettle
- filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker
- toaster
- microwave
You can cook just like at home!

In the living room, You have a TV available, board games and books. A pellet stove has been installed to perfect the off-season stays.

The shower room is new, the fitted kitchen is new as well as all the interior decoration and floors of the bedrooms.

The garden is enclosed, you can enjoy a large south-east facing terrace at the back of the house with garden furniture and sun loungers. A Weber charcoal barbecue is at your disposal.
On the small terrace at the front of the house, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean.

You have the driveway along the house to park your car safely!
The garage visible in the photos is not accessible to holidaymakers.

The Vendée corniche is 50 metres from the house with its functional path, cycle path and sandy coves.
Boisvinet beach and its sailing school are 700 metres away.
The pier for the Ile d'Yeu is 1 km away.
Sion, St Gilles train station and the town centre of St Hilaire de Riez are 2 km away.
After Sion, the Pays de Monts national forest is available to you for superb walks or bike rides.
The island of Noirmoutier is 40 minutes away.
Les Sables d'Olonne is 40 minutes away.
The house is 1h15 from Puy du Fou.
