Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place w/fenced in yard. A 16 minute walk thru historic Wilmington to get downtown. 4 minute walk to Castle St. Antique district w/shopping and restaurants. Stroll down the cobble stone streets to acclaimed restaurant RX, Wilmington Wine Bar, Cafe Luna, Jesters Cafe, Castle St. Kitchen and Antique shops. Newly remodeled in Jan. 2022. New Furniture, TV's, Mattresses, Bedding, Kitchen amenities and Bathrooms. Free trolley stop @ Castle st. and 5th st.
The space
Large owners suite w/king bed, office and bath on first floor. Fenced in yard. 3 bdrms upstairs. 2 queens/1 full. Well appointed kitchen and separate dining. Sunroom for your morning coffee. All rooms have ceiling fans.

Craig is an awesome host. He really looks out for the customer. He stocks things other hosts do not: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags……….. We did not have to run right out to the grocery store. He checks on you after your arrival to make sure everything is to your liking. I would very highly recommend this house!

Perfect Home Base

All the siblings and their spouses came together for a 4 day vacation. Craig was quick with communication and extremely accommodating. We had all the comforts of home we needed to cook at the house when we wanted. There were multiple clean bathrooms and all the towels we needed. There were recommendations all over the house and lots of fun games to play when we wanted to hang at the house and take a tourist break. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for a fantastic home away from home!

Visit for my Aunts birthday celebration.

Lots of rain but the accommodations were great. My elderly aunts enjoyed the house and the location. Will bring them again to visit their sister.

Comfortable stay in Wimlington

This house was exactly what we needed for our trip to Wilmington! The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, with cute local restaurants right around the corner! The host was helpful and responsive to all my inquiries!!

The cutest house in a central area

We loved our stay and the house has a cute, unique vibe we all enjoyed. The house was in a central location with a quick Uber to downtown and Wrightsville Beach. Craig was proactive in communication and very responsive.

Best of Everything!

Loved staying in this Wilmington home in the historic district. The location was an easy walk to the Riverwalk and the general historic district with a lot to offer. The house itself was charming and met all our needs for a family gathering. Good beaches are a short drive away. Communication with the owner was easy and practically instantaneous! We would stay again!!

Convenient central location

We felt very comfortable at the convenient location to everything we weee interested in doing. Our only negative was the low sofas, otherwise we have nothing but good things. The lawn and home were artsy cute and appealing.

Great Place

A group of us stayed for a conference in town and found the house to be ideal for us. Very clean and nicely decorated. The coffee shop, Luna, around the corner was an easy walk and had great coffee, and Gravity Records, next to it, was a treat for a vinyl fan. RX Oysters and Chicken nearby was the highlight meal of the week.

Great location, cool decor

I love the Castle Street neighborhood and this home with its quirky artwork fits the vibe perfectly. There was an issue with the oven not working but the host was great about coming up with a backup plan so we could cook. The downstairs BR and bath are well-suited to either elderly or disabled visitors, but be aware that the stairs to the second floor are quite steep!

Convenient and Comfortable

We loved this spacious house, and it had everything you could need for a short or extended stay. The furnishings are great, beds are comfortable, and location is ideal. We hope to stay again anytime we return to Wilmington. Craig was a great host, and very kind and welcoming. You won’t be disappointed with this rental.

Long weekened stay

We came down for a wedding from michigan and let me tell you after a crazy flight . We were all so happy on hiw amazing the beds were! Very cute and spacious. The host was very attentive and kind. Would def recommend !!

This house is fabulous and was perfect for our time in Wilmington for my son’s wedding! My husband is disabled and the large master bedroom located downstairs was perfect! The house is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. Craig was responsive and accommodating! He was an awesome host. My family was impressed by my choice and none of us wanted to leave.

Clean, comfortable, well-decorated

Craig had perfect communication before and throughout the stay. The home was cleaned to a high standard. The furniture was comfortable, especially the mattresses, and the spare blankets in every room were helpful. The decorations in the house were tasteful and interesting. Also, the ability to cast shows to the TVs through the wifi/Roku setup was incredibly convenient and made relaxing that much easier. My family and I enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this home for a comfortable stay when visiting Wilmington.

Quaint Wilmington Home

The house was close by to everything and set up so cute! Towels and linens all ready for us. The host Craig was absolutely AMAZING! He messaged us the day before to check in with us and had let us know we could even come earlier because it was available! He checked in with us to make sure we got there safe as well as making sure we got home okay which was so kind!!! Definitely would recommend if you want to stay somewhere you can trust!

Funky Little Place

My family was in Wilmington for a wedding, and we were very happy with this cute home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and one infant. Craig was our host, and he was great at providing us with information about check in procedures, as well as suggestions for places to eat and things to do. We loved the location (in the Castle Street Antiques District). Very walkable area. We were thrilled to discover a great little coffee shop around the corner, although our rental had a nicely set up kitchen that included a coffee maker. The house itself was very comfortable, and we loved the funky and eclectic decor. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Wilmington again.

Perfect house for wedding weekend!

We arrived to the house at night to find a couple of major issues (no hot water and the fridge wasn’t working). I messaged Craig upon arrival, fully intending on no response until morning since it was 9pm, but he immediately called me to figure out a solution. He had an electrician on his way that night to fix the issues. These issues were no fault of his own but he was very apologetic and was able to ensure we had a great rest of our stay. Craig was so responsive throughout the entirety our stay and very pleasant to talk to. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. My 90 year old grandparents were on vacation with us and the downstairs bedroom could not have been more perfect for them- very walker-friendly! My grandmother had no problem scooting around the bedroom, bathroom, and house with her walker. The house was in an excellent location. The proximity to Station No. 2 was perfect, as we were back and forth during our stay for my brother’s wedding. Super close to market street as well. We stayed 4 nights and walked 800 feet to the Luna Cafe coffee shop every morning to get delicious (and reasonably priced) coffee. Take your dogs to the coffee shop! They will give them dog treats! The backyard and walkability of the neighborhood were absolutely perfect for my two fur babies that I brought.
