On the ground floor, the house reveals a pleasant living space where conviviality and elegance come together. A separate toilet completes this level.
The house then extends over several floors, offering everyone their own space and privacy. On the first floor, the first bedroom comfortably accommodates two people in a gentle, restful atmosphere. On the second floor, two further bedrooms, each with its own distinct character, are flanked by a bathroom and a separate toilet. Finally, the third and top floor houses two more bedrooms, each with its own unique atmosphere, as well as a second bathroom and a separate toilet.

At the end of the lane, you can park your car for free. The parking space isn’t private, but there’s often space available! Bed linen and household linen are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. A private parking space is available with the accommodation. However, you may park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the property in accordance with the village’s current parking charges. The property is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which can be contacted 7 days a week from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 21.00. We would be grateful if you could take care of the property and respect both the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide a credit card authorisation via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and receive the access codes for the property.

Cycling facilities: Although cycle paths are still being developed, many streets are quiet and suitable for cyclists. It is a practical and eco-friendly way to get around locally. Walking: For walking enthusiasts, the town is surrounded by footpaths that allow you to explore the countryside of the Pays de Caux.
2. By car: Parking: Parking is generally free within the town.
Main roads: Criquebeuf-sur-Seine is very easily accessible via the A13 (Paris – Rouen – Caen), taking exit 20. The town is situated about 20 minutes from Rouen and about 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris. Local roads provide easy access to the surrounding villages. Car hire: Several local agencies offer car hire services for those without a car.
3. By public transport:
Train: Oissel SNCF station is the nearest (5 km): Located in the town centre, it is a major hub for regional and national journeys. Paris–Le Havre line: With stops at Rouen, Le Havre and other major towns. Direct trains to Paris take around 1 hour 25 minutes, making it convenient for commuters or day trips.
