This brand new 3/3 remodel provides enough space for all guests with full bathrooms for each room to maximize privacy and comfort for all guests. Tastefully decorated, this cabin allows you to feel at home while exploring the beautiful outdoors the White Mountains has to offer. Whether it's a thirty minute drive to sunrise, a short walk to rainbow lake or a stroll to Pinetops favorite restaurants this unit provides it all. Ski sunrise within 30 minutes or walk to some of Pinetops best restaurants, directly off the 260 making it easy to access all of what this great mountain town has to offer. Complete with a gorgeous patio with hot tub and outdoor table - please note this space is shared with our other unit on the property.

The stay was perfect. The house was clean and very roomy. It also contained everything we needed. The location was very convenient. The only drawback was being on the main road. We kept the gate closed and it all worked well. Thanks!

Beautiful House

My family and I wanted to experience something new and get out of the city for a weekend. The drive to Pinetop was beautiful the house is very beautiful clean and tidy. No problems at all. Had a lovely time and can’t wait to visit again to go fishing and to sunrise lodge.

Enjoyed our Pinetop getaway!

Great location, cozy, clean cabin! Nice big fenced yard for dogs. Fire pits, but no wood or lighter fluid. Slight negative: Property shared with another unit, Hot tub had a strong musky odor, so didn't use. Lots of trash, empty boxes in garage/game room.

Hidden Mountain Gem

Beautiful cabin in a great location. Close to restaurants and a short walk to the lake. Had everything we needed including a printer. Enjoyed the games, ping pong table, and hot tub.

Things worth noting before booking: - This is right off the main road. - The hot tub/firepit/grill/ping pong table is all attached/behind the other unit. - Putting chlorine in after use is super important. People before us didn’t and the water was very murky. Hosts were very responsive and fixed it. - Beds were super comfortable. With those things in mind this place did the job. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Mountain heat escape

We had a great time staying in this newer 3 BR, 3bath cabin for 9 days in a lovely cooler climate . Amenities provided, clean, comfortable beds and linens, basic spices and oil provided. Washer and drier on premises. Lots of toys for entertainment, ping pong, futsbol, jacuzzi, firepit and razor use for extra charge. Fenced in large area for your pups safety but on the main road which is quite busy during the day. That being said, it quiets down at night and is close to restaurants/ shopping. All in all a nice and comfortable respite from the valley high temps. Management and owner responds well. Would definitely consider staying again.

Escape the heat

Had a great time at this cabin. Clean, remodeled, nice fenced in space. Lots to do, ping pong, foosball, hot tub, and games. Only thing is that it’s right off the main road, but still a 5 star stay!

Fun setup

Beautiful remodeled home. Setup up is really cool if you have a big group to stay in the 2 separate houses. Otherwise, if you only rent one house you could end up sharing the property with random people so that makes using the jacuzzi and garage awkward. Even though its right by the highway the insulation of the house does very well keeping the noise down. It is a fenced yard for dogs but their are a few gaps in it that would make mw nervous to just let my dogs roam, especially being right by road. Overall, we were so happy with our stay. Very pretty interior and walking distance to rainbow lake.

Great stay, very nice property!

The property was very nice, spacious and comfortable. All the necessities and extras were provided. The location is very close to the lake, makes it easy to get to and from. We really enjoyed our time here, and Steph the owner is very nice and responsive if anything is needed.

Newly remodeled

The cabin itself is lovely. Remodeled and very clean. The master bed was very spacious with plenty of pillows for extra needs. The hot tub was a nice touch, there was some garbage that should have been picked up around the property and the garage was full of garbage from previous renters so much that we couldn't enjoy the air hockey game as the smell was too much. It's a shared space so you have someone (if they rent it) staying right beside you. If they have dogs and you have dogs that could be an issue...The towels NEED too be updated severely and with more than one hand towel available for the bathrooms. It's a lovely cabin and I appreciated how clean the inside was. Rather bummed about all the garbage in the garage as we wanted to rent the razor, but couldn't because of the garbage surrounding it...Not crazy about shared space, but love that it was enclosed so my puppies could roam freely as the renter next to us left with their dog when we arrived.
