Charming getaway in Tracy City

We had a short stay, but it was so wonderful! Lots to do around Tracy city and Monteagle. The home had everything we needed- including firewood! Beautiful views and the community was so cute. I would definitely return here! Thank you so much!

Weekend getaway

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 11) visited for a 3-day getaway. This house was perfect! It's right on the water and had everything we needed for the weekend. The location is perfect. We even used the kayak on the lake! The separate detached room was perfect for our oldest daughter...she had the place to herself. The host was very communicative and responsive. No issues whatsoever. We will come back again!

So beautiful and relaxing

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it. The place was beautiful overlooking the lake. Perfect location. We loved the closed in patio with the hanging bed. It was the perfect weather to lay out there during the day and take a nap. The property owner was so nice and very responsive when I had a questions. She wished us a Happy Anniversary. Beautiful property and we will definitely be back again and bring the kids with us next time.

On Golden Pond

This place is just like the move On Golden Pond except it’s a beautiful lake. Bring all your essentials because you will not want to leave . We cooked on the open fire pit, roasted marshmallows, slept on the screened in porch and took in all the wildlife , enjoyed hiking and canoeing. Having an abundance of firewood from the owner also made the stay stress free. Definitely would recommend this as a great getaway .

Don’t be fooled by the name there was so much space at the Tiny House

Review for The Tiny House: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don't be fooled by the name - "The Tiny House" is a spacious gem that comfortably accommodated all seven of us, with room to spare! The design is ingenious; it could easily fit up to 10 people with its seven well-placed beds. The standout feature has to be the swinging bed - not only was the room enormous, but waking up to the melodious chirping of birds was an experience in itself. The back deck became our favorite gathering spot, especially with the fire pit and those delightful swinging chairs. Every morning, we were greeted by a mesmerizing water view that seemed to stretch endlessly, both from within the house and on the back deck. It's surprising how, despite its name, The Tiny House never felt crowded. Every amenity we could think of was at our fingertips. And can we talk about the shower pressure? Simply sublime! My children adored the bunk beds, and the loft with twin beds turned into a sanctuary for my daughter and her plushies. There was also a playground area for kids - the pool is still being built as of August 2023 so not ready yet. But the Retreat community was wonderful especially because we stayed there for 7 nights. There was so much to do from nearby trails and beautiful waterfalls to Chattanooga a short drive away. If you're seeking a blend of cozy and spacious, this place is a must-visit. Don't miss out on this unique experience we highly recommended!

Relaxing Getaway

This place was great for the whole family! I would definitely recommend for families! The playground was super close for the 4 year old, and the fishing and kayaking was a hit for the teenager. The house was clean and super cute, with plenty of sleeping options! The screened in sleeping porch was amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer, but hopefully we will be back in the future!

Tiny house getaway

We had fun fishing, kayaking, hiking and just relaxing making family memories and slowing down. The community is peaceful and being right on the lake was great. Tracy city has pretty limited grocery story options, so you may want to bring groceries or find a place before arriving. We did enjoy Dutch bakery, Mountain Goat market and Top of the Rock, and were close enough to Nashville for a day trip. The trail to Deerlick falls is in the sister community about 10 minutes away- definitely one of our favorite hikes and very secluded. The only really disappointing part of our stay was that the pool is still being built, so there isn’t a pool for swimming. If you are using that as a deciding factor between other places (as we did) we want to make sure you know to double check that it is usable when you consider booking. Overall it is a really cozy and comfortable home away from home (and we loved the floating bed!)

Perfect place to stay and relax!

The tiny house is so spacious you forget it’s “tiny” at all. The sun room is an amazing addition if your with a bigger group and want some alone space. Also loved that there were two bathrooms, tiny homes don’t usually have that!

Fun in Tracy City

Great property in adorable small home lake community. Everything was just as in listing. Ellie was easy to communicate with and available for any questions. Really loved the bed on the sleeping porch listening to frogs at night and birds in the morning. Also loved being able to use the canoe. Would definitely stay here again if we come to another concert at the Caverns.
