Beautiful place with Great view. We couldn’t get the tv on or the gas fireplace, but it worked out anyways. The weather was perfect and without the distraction of the tv, we played games, talked and sat outside enjoying the view. The house was well stocked didn’t need to bring some of the items that I did.

Everything about this visit was great. The location on the lake, the views, the neighborhood and the closeness to other amenities. We were preparing to go on a jeeping trip on The Rubicon Trail and this was a great spot for us to start our vacation.

Property was beautiful and the location wonderful. Condo was outdated and needs some updates. No tv on the main level where you spend most of the time. Mattress's and pillows are pretty worn.

Nothing to add from all these great reviews. I can only echo the comments already made: location, view & water pressure–all awesome! The owner is great to deal with. Bring water shoes for rocky lake bottom. Updates are NOT needed & would put price out of my range. The place is great value as is. Home is clean, comfortable and lived-in which is a plus if you have kids. Kitchen, dining & deck all on 2nd story which you might need to consider if you have older guests.

Relaxation by the Lake

This was our second stay at this property and it was amazing. One little hiccup on arrival of beds not being made, but the owner took care of it from his own vacation in Europe. The place is fantastic. The wind was not our friend so we didn’t spend time on the lake this time but sitting and watching the lake was nice. Morning visits from the geese each morning was something we looked forward to. Even saw a coyote try to get the geese one morning.

Lakeview Bliss

Amazing 3 story house with 4 bedrooms, two different living areas, beautiful balcony and patio areas. Such a perfect home right on the lake and access to a community pool, pickleball, jacuzzi….it was the best family time we have had. Such an amazing time. Also, there are cherry blossom trees on the back patio.

We couldn’t believe how close to the lake we were. We enjoyed all the amenities in the kitchen and overall felt like the place needed a deep clean but beside that we loved the location, the condo complex and tennis courts, and being lakeside of course. The view is truly like no other, we would come back without hesitation

Ultimate Family style vacation home

Our wonderful family vacation was blessed with a little snow mid October. So happy to see the gas fireplace. Like other reviews we were so happy with the location location location, right on the waterfront. All the rooms were exactly as described & just perfect for our family of 9. 6 adults & 3 children. Not in town, which we like. Thank you Douglas!

Lake steps from the door

A perfect 3-day getaway with friends. The water access is easy and so close to the condo (make sure you bring water socks if you're tender-footed). We enjoyed having the private lawn above the beach. The condo had everything we needed, but bring beach towels for summer swims. Our second stay, and hopefully not the last!

Beautiful location.

The townhouse was clean and perfect for our stay. Douglas responded quickly to any questions I had. Check in was a breeze as was checking out. We are already looking at future dates at this location for a larger family gathering. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing stay.

Relaxing water front stay

After reading the reviews, we decided this was the place for our family reunion of six, 55 plus family members. It was great for us! The views are seriously amazing. The grounds are really nicely kept up. Perfect place to launch a kayak. The owner is very responsive. We had an excellent experience! Thank you!

Lakefront Paradise

This property features breathtaking views of the Lake and immediate access to Tahoe's refreshing waters for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. It's nearly impossible to find a lake front rental with four bedrooms and four baths at this price point. To top of it off, the owner was always available to answer any questions about the property.

Beautiful waterfront property

Our third trip to Tahoe and we all agree this is our favorite. +large three floor layout +lots of windows to let that cool evening breeze in +premium parking right next to front AND back door +waters edge is literally 20' from back door +dock access for easy pick up / drop off These are just a few of the many perks you get with this property. (5 stars all around)

Very few homes offer walk-out beach front homes with sweeping views of almost all of Lake Tahoe. One mile from Tahoe City, only a few minutes from the ski slopes, and with the Lake literally at your finger (and toe!) tips….why wouldn’t you?
