Daydream Believer is the ultimate coastal retreat for large groups seeking both luxury and comfort. Located just a short 5-to-7-minute stroll from the beach, this 9-bedroom, 5.5-bath home offers nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of exquisite living space. With room for 20 guests in beds and up to 22 with the sofa sleeper, it’s perfect for gatherings. Enjoy the outdoor playset for the kids and relax by the private 36x16 ft. pool. On the first floor, you'll discover a high-end gourmet kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for preparing meals for your group. Enjoy comfortable dining arrangements with a large formal dining table, a cozy breakfast nook and a granite bar stool counter adjacent to the kitchen. This level also features a King bedroom with a private bathroom and an additional half bath conveniently located near the common entertaining areas.



The second floor has a secluded sitting room that offers a cozy spot for a second gathering area or a peaceful retreat with a queen sleeper sofa for reading or napping. This level also includes four King bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bathroom, a full shared hall bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. Additionally, there's a fun bunk room featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.



The third floor is home to the Grand Master King Suite, an opulent retreat that exemplifies luxury. This suite features a vaulted ceiling with elegant crown molding and a top-end electronics suite for superior entertainment. Step out onto the spacious private balcony to take in the stunning views. The en-suite bathroom is a spa-like sanctuary, complete with a large garden tub, separate shower, and an expansive dressing area. A convenient laundry nook with an additional washer and dryer set adds to the suite's functionality. The third floor also includes two more King bedrooms, each with direct access to a shared bathroom.



Daydream Believer is perfectly located just 200 yards from beach access on the tranquil and less crowded western end of Scenic Gulf Drive. Positioned a few lots back from the main road, the home ensures a serene environment free from traffic and pedestrian noise. Situated in the coveted Crystal Beach neighborhood, this spot offers the best of Destin’s beaches and is conveniently close to premier shopping and dining destinations.





ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:



BEACH CHAIR SERVICE: Complimentary beach service is offered for guests of this property at the Crystal Port East access just up the street! From March 1-October 31, two set ups are provided daily from 9 to 5, this includes four chairs and two umbrellas!



BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!



Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



Beach Reunion Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: BATHROOMS: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. KITCHEN: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.





ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:



* PARKING: This property has a STRICT 5-car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office. Guests not in compliance are subject to a fine up to $300 per city ordinance.**



* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.



* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.



* Weddings/Events– All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1500 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.



* Wedding Permit- This home does require a permit from the county that is separate from the $1500 event fee from Beach Reunion



* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! Three days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.



The Neighborhood:

The property is situated in the perfect location only 200 yards to a beautiful beach access on the quiet and un-crowded western end of Scenic Gulf Drive. Also toward the beach, two of Destin’s best restaurants (Camille`s Restaurant and The Henderson Beach Inn) are right around the corner and there are many other restaurants an easy walk in the other direction toward the retail and shopping areas. The home is a few lots off of Scenic Gulf Drive so that there will never be a problem with traffic or pedestrian noise and it is located equally close to Destin’s premier shopping and dining district of The Commons and adjacent shopping developments; an easy walk or bike ride yet far enough away not to impede upon your beach atmosphere at home. The Crystal Beach neighborhood is Destin’s best beach area and The Beach House is located in the nicest and most convenient part of Crystal Beach! Park your car until you`re ready to drive it home if you can bring yourself to leave!



Getting Around:

You can drive, walk, get a bicycle rental or golf cart rental. With the area to the home being central, you are just moments away from all the best that Destin has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

Beach Reunion provides a starter set of welcome supplies for our guests. This will include a trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels, 1-2 rolls of toilet tissue for bathrooms, travel sized dish soap, dishwasher tablets. Once these items have been used, it is the guests responsibility to replenish what they will need for the remainder of their stay.



*Please note that items such as spices, cooking oils/sprays, storage containers, bags, foil, coffee, coffee filters etc are not provided by Beach Reunion. These items must be purchased for your stay at the home.*



Interaction with Guests:

Beach Reunion's office is local to the area so we are always within reach of our guests. With a small office, there are 4 staff members in office 7 days a week from 9am-5pm daily. No call centers or wait times. We even have a text available which aside from calling is our preferred method so that guests do not experience any delays in assistance when needed.



About 3 days prior to your arrival, we send out your check-in instructions via your personal email address. (We do not send any instructions via this site nor its app) You will have all the information needed for your stay to include expectations of check out.
