This condo has many renovations and updates with a super location. Easy walking distance to miniature golf, Fager's Island; a casual and fine dining indoor and outdoor restaurant and bar, the Bad Monkey, Johnny's Pizza, Dunk'in Donuts, Fractured Prune made to order donuts, Alley OOPS and many, many more fun things to do without needing to get into your car. Boogey Boards, chairs, umbrella and beach items are there for your use in the storage locker; pictures are shown. This is direct bay front; quietly sitting off of 57th street with absolutely fantastic views from your private outdoor deck. A booking fee will be added to cover VRBO's credit card charge as well as a 5% Ocean City Resort tax. VRBO has changed its format and although it can auto-calculate the State tax of 6% it cannot calculate the resort tax City by City. As there is no line item for resort tax, it will be listed in your quote as a "club" tax.
I can arrange for you to have linens and towel sets delivered to your door otherwise please check bed sizes so that you can bring your own. SPECTACULAR views from this 3rd floor walk-up; well worth the 180 degree sanctuary bayFRONT unobstructed open scenery.

Weekend in OC

We decided to stay in Ocean City for a long weekend. Marcy was helpful and guided us through the check in process. The unit was clean and had a FANTASTIC view. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Much needed trip!

We had a great time at Marcy's place. The photos dont do justice of the views you have from the balcony. We were blessed with perfect weather and a great breeze off the bay. We spent our mornings at the Ocean and the afternoons in the pool. We met wondeful owners and visitors like ourselves at the pool and felt very welcomed. One owner gave us a great reccomendation for Happy Hour at Bad Monkey around the corner. Great food and Great cocktails. Marcy, was a fabulous host and was always quick to answer back. We have already informed her that we will be booking again. We were two couples for a four night trip and the home fit perferctly. Yes, there are stairs but the views and all the different birds flying make it so worth the climb

The place was alright, WiFi didn’t work and lots of outdated decor and amenities especially for the price. Also the laundry list of rules two days prior to checking in was a surprise.

Fabulous condo in Ocean City

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo! Marcy was a wonderful host who answered all my questions right away. Her home is cozy and extremely clean!!! The view on her deck is stunning! The beach is literally a block down crossed the street and you walk down the block to the easy entrance. Best part was using her beach cart, chairs and boogy boards! The pool was in a perfect spot and clean! We traveled with our 2 teenagers and they loved the place as well! Mini golf right on the corner. You can grab some donuts from Fractured Prune which is down the block as well. We found her location in a perfect spot. You are not by the nosy boardwalk yet you can hop on the bus and go there very quickly. We did take the bus one day. $4 and you can ride all day. We walked to dinner at Macky’s one night. Good food and great outdoor dining! Must go to Dumpsers for some good old fashioned ice cream. All in walking distance! All the lovely touches around the place made our stay so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! The three floor walk up was not bad at all! We also rented the sheets and blanket service so we did not have to travel with pillow cases, sheets and blankets! Only thing we forgot was bathroom towels! But luckily we had some extra beach towels so we used them! Thanks Marcy for a wonderful first time stay in your beautiful home!

Fun weekend getaway

My daughter and i had a short girls weekend. Beautiful scenery from the deck that over looks the bay. Condo is located in a great spot, close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of stairs, but enjoyed the exercise lol! Super clean as well!

Great Location and View

This central location, close to great restaurants and activities but just far enough from the hustle and bustle, was perfect for our last-minute, short-week getaway. The deck was great for sipping coffee in the morning while watching the gulls and egret in the bay or wine in the evening while enjoying the sunset. Our host, Marcy, made the process of booking and check in easy. We felt right at home and would highly recommend others to do the same!

Perfect getaway spot!

This is a lovely little condo right on the bay. Great views, super convenient location, very clean and perfect in every way. Marcy was very helpful and easily available to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

I stayed at Marcy’s place with 3 other guys. We had plenty of room and the view was amazing! The flights of stairs honestly aren’t that bad and expected when you read the discription. Neighbors were great to talk to and everything we needed was within walking distance. We would all definitely stay here again!

Beautiful sunrise, lovely sunset

I enjoyed my stay, it was relaxing and was as described. The steps were a challenge at first but I got used to it. Overall it was quiet and I enjoyed the view of the bay.

Highly recommend… will be booking again at this property!

Just returned home from our vacation and already missing this place! The condo was very clean and decorated really nice. The views from the balcony are beautiful and the property is located on a dead end street so it’s very peaceful. Pool was awesome! Marcy was very informative and she saved us when we accidentally locked ourselves out on day one. Would highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to return next year!

View is as advertised

Good spot for family beach stay. View is as advertised and provides a nice bookend for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Kids loved the pool and short walk to the beach. Beach toys and umbrella in storage closet were very useful for beach. Outdoor shower by the pool as well.

Location is great, perfect size for small family, cleaning is needed!

Will say right from the start, the overall the experience was great and we would absolutely stay there again. So on to the review. First, the place needs a really good deep cleaning or at minimum a new cleaning crew that cares a little more. The floors, area rugs and furniture were covered in beach sand. Even the washing machine was full of sand. We reached out to the management company just to inform them that we went to clean it ourselves and the vacuum we found was already full of sand. The thick layer of dust on the moldings and door jams shows that the cleaning crew might just be taking the money from the management company and never entering the property. Second, the rental listing should be updated. In the original listing it stats that there are beach chairs, a beach cart and other items for use in the storage locker on the property. We wrote to the management company to verify this hoping we would not have to lug those items with us. We were told there were no such items on the property. When we arrived we were given the code to the storage locker and low and behold all the items listed were in fact there. We ended up bringing all our own beach stuff and never used the items already there, not knowing if we actually could or not. So, it would be best to update the listing to clearly state if those items are there to be used or not. Again, the overall experience was great. The management company was very responsive and great to work with. The location is perfect, just off 528 tucked back from the main drag. Yes, it's a third floor walk up, but the views are amazing and well worth the flights of stairs.

Perfect location with amazing views!

This was by far one of my favorite stays, the location was perfect! It was me, my husband and 5 year old daughter and I can't recommend this listing enough. We did know that there were no elevators and expected to have to carry everything up the stairs and we managed to make it however if you are older this may be harder to do...The apartment itself is perfect, it is right at the top which felt very private. The amazing views of the Bay were breathtaking especially early in the morning when it's quite and all you hear is the water and the birds singing. ( I am definitely missing this now that I am home) . The location was just steps away from mini golf and Bad Monkey which was really convenient for us, the beach is also within walking distance and the beach cart made the walk easier. The pool was perfect and better than I expected especially for our 5 year old and the people that live there were all very friendly...I already told my husband this is the place I want to stay at from now on... Thank you for sharing your home with our family.
