Enjoyed our stay while in Greensboro for a family affair. Suzanne, our host, was lovely, welcoming and easy to contact with any questions we had! The home was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Modern, updated kitchen! Very clean! Beds were so comfy. The house was perfectly positioned to get to major highways, yet the neighborhood was so quiet! Lovely fenced backyard. It was so easy to get to stores for anything we needed.

Quiet garden

The host was wonderful and checked in on us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful garden. Everything was extremely clean.

Father’s Day

My husband works at the Toyota Plant out of town. The kids and I visited him in Greensboro. The home was efficient and location was excellent! Suzanne was very accommodating and quick to respond. We tried one of her suggestions to eat at Maxie B’s! Best desserts!!

Charming, clean, updated kitchen

We enjoyed Suzanne’s well maintained home. It was a beautiful blend of vintage aesthetic with modern amenities, especially the updated kitchen! Easy check-in and out, and great comms. Our only gripe would be a too soft mattress and another two hard mattress in the main bedrooms but overall a great stay in super central spot in a quiet neighborhood close to all that Greensboro has to offer.

Perfect for our needs

This home is A+ in so many ways. Love the fact it has 2 bathrooms although it was only my husband and myself we were here for business and each took a bedroom and mine had a bonus bedroom attached which I used as my own personal dressing room, loved that! The kitchen is so well stocked that one could prepare a gourmet meal, wish we had time. Dines at 1618 west, it was outstanding. B. Christopher’s steakhouse is always a must for us when we in town. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Delightful home and fantastic hosts

My daughter and I stayed at this home for a week with plans for track meet. The house was perfect for us and her friend. The neighborhood was quiet and located near lots of amenities. Unfortunately, my daughter got hurt and wasn’t able to run in the meet. The hosts brought ice packs and heating pads for her to use without us asking. They also checked in daily to see if we needed anything. We ran low on paper towels and we immediately had them at the doorstep. We couldn’t have asked for better service and a better place to stay. We highly recommend!

Greensboro/Family Trip

Great, cozy home. Beautiful yard. Nice that it has 2 bathrooms. We have found many homes this size do not. Make morning showering much easier. Will definitely stay again.

Beautifully Appointed

This home was so comfortable with nice furniture, fantastic linens, and a very nicely stocked kitchen. The owner was wonderful- truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Would stay here again!

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our three young children. The property was VERY clean and well stocked with the necessities. All the cabinets were labeled so things were easy to find. The property manager was communicative and helpful. She was originally slightly concerned about there being enough space for 5, but it was definitely enough space for us with our three little ones. I could see how it would be tight for 5 adults. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Property

We were in town for a family wedding. Location of this property is excellent - close to shopping restaurants and downtown. Lovely neighborhood. House was charming, cozy and clean. Backyard and porch so picturesque. Having everything labeled on the cabinets in the kitchen was such a thoughtful gesture - especially because I was the one cooking!

Baseball Tournament

This was the most charming and well-stocked cottage for our family during a busy summer baseball season! I can't thank Suzanne enough for her hospitality while we were there. The gardens were beautiful. I made even made a floral arrangement while we were there. We enjoyed grilling out one evening. We will be back in the near future.

Greensboro house

We stayed at this house for 5 nights in July 2023. It was clean and convenient. It was very close to a grocery store and a Target and many restaurants. All the kitchen cabinets were labeled as to what was in them, which is always useful. I was in town to run in a multi-day track meet, so the availability of a washer & dryer was a major plus. All in all, we loved it.

Perfect Getaway Place

Very convenient in Greensboro, quiet street with wonderful neighbors, my best girlfriend lived her. I love the house, if my husband throws me out, I'm moving in here. :)

Tastefully decorated but uncluttered. Long driveway to avoid parking on street. Beautiful fully fenced in back yard. Fully stocked kitchen with labels for easy access. Double living rooms seperated by kitchen.
