Situated between the Victoire neighborhood and Place Nansouty, the flat enjoys a pleasant location. The area around Place Nansouty is a friendly and lively neighbourhood, popular for its village-like atmosphere and numerous shops (Valantin patisserie, Saison grocery shop, Malbec butcher’s, Memes’tra and Casa Sudette restaurants).
If you enjoy the lively atmosphere of markets, be sure to pay a visit to the Marché des Capucins, Bordeaux’s largest covered market, just a 10-minute walk from the flat. And all around the market, there are plenty of restaurants ready to welcome you, whether you’d like to discover local flavors or take a culinary journey around the world.
To get around Bordeaux, the bus stop right outside the flat (Saint Nicolas) and the tram stop (Saint Nicolas), located 5 minutes from the flat, provide quick access to the must-see attractions in the city centre.
