Directions tot the property and parking were clear. The home was represented accurately on line. It was very clean and convenient to Miami University.

Perfectly nice place to stay and the location was great for visiting our family. Our 20-something kids liked the retro video games and air hockey. The bathroom was a little quirky and the heating wasn’t very uniform which is why it wasn’t 5 stars. We would stay there again, though.

This was a wonderful property to stay at over Family Weekend at Miami. It's a short drive to the university and we enjoyed the amenities the house had to offer if we wanted to avoid the crowds in local restaurants over a busy weekend. Beds were super comfortable! Destiney was super accommodating to our needs.

Wonderful experience

We came for a basketball tournament. There are three parents and 317 year-old girls. The house was just what we needed perfect size amenities, laundry, and even a game room for some extra entertainment plus the girls took advantage of the cornhole. The adult sat outside every morning and had coffee in a very peaceful country setting overall this was an amazing experience for us

Family Trip

Stayed with my sister and her children during a summer trip to explore the area. House is as advertised. Owners were responsive if we had a question. Area is quiet. We suggest visiting the Trammel Fossil Park, the zoo, and the museums.

Amazing Property away from everything

An absolutely gorgeous home in the country and still only 10 minutes from anything you need. Super clean home with an amazing rec room and incredibly responsive owner. We had an issue the day we checked in, I messaged the host and they reached out right away and did everything they could to make it right. Incredibly happy and will absolutely be staying again!

Great stay for for the weekend to explore Oxford Ohio and Miami College.

Easy location for the experience of Oxford and Miami university. The place was very clean and setup well for a short term stay. Will probably stay again due to the location.

Great place!

We were in town for a soccer tournament. This was perfect for the weekend. The place was as described/pictured and located on a beautiful piece of property. Would highly recommend!

Nice stay to visit Hueston Woods and area

While on a short getaway, we found this house and location to be ideal. Handy to both Oxford and Hueston Woods, we enjoyed our time at the Red Barn Retreat.

Perfect stay

The homes was just as pictured. Very clean and plenty of space. We were in town for a swim meet at Miami University. Was less than a 10-minute drive to Miami University. I would 100% stay here again. Kids loved the game machines.

Miami university swim meet start

We stayed here for a long weekend while my oldest competed in a 4 day swim meet at Miami university. The description of the property provided is dead on, the pictures accurately show you where you will be staying. A couple things to note for anyone who will find it helpful, the property is 12 min from the Miami university rec center, you are in the middle of no where, which made it a very quiet, private stay, easy for naps during the day (iykyk). The bedroom layout is good and the rooms were quiet, you could have people sleeping and others watching tv without a problem. They provided plenty of towels, extra blankets for the beds, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for basic cooking. The beds and other furniture are comfortable, everyone was able to relax during the day and sleep well at night. Only removing one star on communication because I had messaged about 7 weeks before my stay and did not hear back until the night before, however once your stay starts they provide multiple ways to communicate if you should need to, they provide great instructions on check in and check out expectations. We had no issues and would consider this for a future swim meet.

Great stay! Comfy beds

We had a great stay at the Red Barn retreat!! The house is updated, beds are comfy, plenty of pillows and extra blankets and space for all 6 of us! Would recommend!
