Wallenpaupack House with private dock!!

Get away on the lake in this 4-Bedroom and 2-bathroom house. Sleeps 8 with a full kitchen and living room area. High speed internet/Wi-Fi. Large deck with propane grill, large eating area & sitting area. Private dock, with no steps to the lake. (Wide stone pathway) BYOB ( Bring your own boat) or you can rent pontoon boats, speed boats or wave runners from local marinas to park at the dock.

There are security cameras on the exterior house for the protection of the property. There are no cameras inside the house that affect privacy.

Renter Requirements: Primary renter must be 30 years of age with the proof of photo ID. Only exception to the required age would be families with children. There is NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Beautiful house and dock on the lake.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The dock fit my 18' boat easily. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Owners were very accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Everything was easy! Thank you to our hosts! The lake was perfect for sailing and swimming! The house was perfect for family meals and relaxing! The large deck is awesome and we loved having the grill and griddle! The rooms and beds provided comfort for our family vacation! We visited the zoo as well as the delicious bakery! Again, thank you for making our vacation so comfortable!

Wonderful stay!

Our daughter got married at Wallenpaupack Creek Farm which is only a few minutes from the house. We were able to bring our boat to use for the remainder of our stay, which was an added bonus to an already great trip!! The house had everything we needed and wanted. We used the fire pit every night too! Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Quiet getaway

The Lake House- Greentown, Pa.

We would like to thank Devon & Matt for opening up their beautiful Lake House to us for this past weekend. Everything referenced in the VRBO presentation and description was spot on. Beautiful and refreshing stay

I stayed here to festers from work and it was exactly what I de-stress! The property is beautiful and surrounded by trees and it it is not over crowded with houses! The private dock was perfect for my morning coffee! It was calm and wonderful! I will stay here again!

Family Getaway at the lake

Great host. Lovely cottage on the lake. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the private dock. It was an enjoyable time for the entire family. We will definitely come back!!

Property and location was great!

The property and the water access were great. We had a good time exploring the lake and the surrounding towns. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and secluded. You can tell the owners have pride in their property by the way it was very clean and has the personal decorating touches. The amenities provided with the house were great. We would love to come back and stay again sometime.

Week at the lake

Matt and Devon were great! They answered any questions we had. The house was clean included all the amenities that were needed. We really enjoyed the dock and sitting outside on the back porch.

Good house, lousy weather

Very nice, clean property. Short walk to the lake, sloped drive a little tough to negotiate on my neuropathic legs. House backs into forest, And we were greeted by a deer or two almost daily.

House summary

This is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located right near the water. Family friendly home with all of the comfort amenities available. There is also a large campfire area that can sit up to 10 people roughly which we enjoyed almost every night. Our favorite part however was the dock and the lake. Views are gorgeous, the dock is safe, and we were able to bring our boat and tie up to the dock all vacation.

Banner Memorial Day Lake Weekend

Awesome house with lake access that we utilized for kayaking, boating, fishing and sun bathing. Incredible outdoor cooking with well maintained gas grill and a Blackstone, and both were used and we ate well. We had 7 adults and never felt crowed at all. Fire pit was incredible and used nightly. Owners couldn't have been quicker to respond to any inquiry and provided good recommendations for restaurant and marina.

Great time.

I can’t say enough about this property and owners. The house had everything you could need; from toys for my 20 month old (which we sprayed down with Lysol after we used) to toys for the old guys .. and I speak of the Blackstone grill (which now we may have to buy). The dock was perfect for our boat and jet skis. We will be back and recommend your home to anyone looking. Thank you again for sharing your home. Jeff and Celeste

Great house, great summer

We loved this house. It had everything we needed and so much more. The host was very responsive to several questions we had before we arrived. The lake is about 13 miles long and beautiful. We brought our boat with us and launched it at the campground boat ramp nearby for $10. It was super easy. The dock with the house is very nice and plenty big enough to hang out on. We enjoyed going on our boat everyday and went wake surfing and waterskiing. There were only a few boats around 10am and it got busier by noon but still not crazy busy. On Saturday there were more boats in the morning and the lake was busy. We had a great day and it was an easy ride from Connecticut, take I-84 until Greentown and it’s about 5 minutes off the highway. It is a great house ! Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed. We hope to be back next summer!!!!! There is a Walmart about 35 minutes away from the house. We went to several farm market, one down the street a few minutes. Lots of fun! We had a great time! Beautiful Place

Matt was great with communication and trying to give us the best experience he could. The place was in great condition and very clean. The two grills was a nice experience even though I only got to use the one. Even with the dock being pulled out we were about to pull are aluminium bottom boat onto shore. The fire pit was great and had plenty of dry fire wood under a tarp next to the garage. The restaurant at the top of the hill called the overboard was also fantastic. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you Matt and Devon for sharing this beautiful place with my family.
