Nashville bachelorette

The location of the rental was perfect, great walking distance to the gulch. The property was spacious and clean and the hot tub was a great added bonus for a relaxing vacation! The owner was very helpful with great communication, would highly recommend staying here!

Great House and Owner

We stayed here with 15 girls for a bachelorette party and it was pretty perfect for us. The house was in a great location, not in the middle of the craziness but close enough to get everywhere easily. It's very well-kept and has anything you could need. On top of the great house, Che was such an accommodating host and made sure the house was set up comfortably for all of us. He was flexible as things changed during planning and was considerate with pricing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Bachelor Party

The rental property is even better than the photos, we had 10 guys in town for a bachelor party and the whole experience was great. Easy check in, plenty of space, and a short uber/lyft/scooter ride to Broadway. Che and team were very helpful leading up to the trip and during our stay. Would recommend for any big group.

AMAZING place!

Highly recommend booking here. We had a group of 13 girls for a bachelorette party. No one had to share beds, and we had plenty of space to spread out. Living room and couch are spacious enough for everyone to fit comfortably. 2 kitchens, 3.5 baths, location was impossible to beat and felt very safe. Che was very responsive to questions and clearly takes special care of the property.

Family Gathering

We had such a great experience. The house is in a great location for walking to downtown and closer areas. The house was extremely spacious and was more than enough room for the five couples. Bachelorette getaway

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party and let me tell you it was the best time ever! The house was perfect for all of us. There was plenty of room and it was huge! So many places to sleep, and we honestly didn’t really need to worry about noise level. Che was great with planning all of this and super helpful when we got there! Would definitely recommend to someone with a large group of people! We miss it already!!!! Thanks so much Che!

Bachelorette party

The property was in a great location for out group! Upon checkin Jorie was timely and able to assist the group at any time of our convenience, and was free all weekend to answer any questions or help should we need her. Che was also very communicative and helpful, making sure the group was well taken care of at all times during the stay. We were a short walking distance to some fun bars and just a short Uber ride to Broadway. I definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing place, even better customer service

Stayed here with a bunch of ladies for a bachelorette party. The property was perfect for a large group, and the owner and his assistant were amazing. They really went out of their way to make sure everything was great during our stay, and were reachable if we had any questions.

Awesome stay!

I recently booked this house for my sisters bachelorette party. It looked huge, had terrific reviews, and looked like it could accommodate us all. It was the perfect house! Che and his property manager made sure there were enough beds, even offering extra for a few girls who wanted their own beds. The bathrooms were spacious enough for multiple girls to get ready. Our favorite part of the house was the rooftop deck! It was awesome! We loved the location! We often walked right into the gulch and were in the center of it all. Bars on broadway were a 5$ Uber ride! I’d like to comment on the review below which stated the house was filthy and listed complaints. I myself was nervous after reading this but NOTHING and I mean absolutely NOTHING from that review was accurate based on our recent stay. The house was clean, bathrooms clean, sheets clean, plenty of towels. I didn’t experience anything that I would complain about. Even the refrigerator, which held extra goodies from previous guests, was super clean. Do yourself a favor and book this place for your next large group getaway! You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Our group of 15 girls needed a place for a bachelorette and this was perfect. There are beds EVERYWHERE and the layout was great. Location- it was a short uber to anywhere we needed to go and could even walk if we wanted to. Highly recommend! Che was also extremely helpful throughout the process and the weekend.

Location, location, location!

If you are looking for a great spot to stay with lots of room and walking distance to almost everything (20 minutes do downtown), stop looking and book this property. I also recommend the grocery delivery service offered by the owner. When we got to the property, everything we ordered was there so we did not have to worry about that. Che is a great host and is available if needed.

Dirtiest home I’ve ever stayed in

The house was great for a large group and the owner was very accommodating, but it was disgusting. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms had so much mold on it, I don’t think it’s been changed in years. The pots and pans were so crusted with food we couldn’t use them. The fridge and freezer was left with tons of open, expired food and was covered in a layer of grim. The outside patio was covered in weeds and cigarette butts, the baseboards throughout the house have never been dusted hence it created a film on top of them. The cabinets were sticky to the touch. The worst part above all was when I went to strip my bed before I left there were two large urine stains that saturated the mattress I was sleeping on for 4 days. It truly made me sick to think I slept in that. I understand that it’s a party house, but it was inexcusable to allow guests to stay in these conditions. I am very upset by this experience. I took pictures of everything to send to the owner and he hasn’t responded to me.

I HOPE ANYONE THAT READS THIS KNOWS THIS IS AN EXAGGERATED REVIEW AND CONTAINS MISSTATEMENTS OR FALSITIES. This is certainly not applicable to anything I own or anything I advertise in Nashville. The home is almost brand new and if you had these type of issues then I would hope you would express them during your stay. I was out of the country in June but my assistant said he was on hand and communicated with you extensively and you met my cleaning people! I had guest before you and after you and none had/have ever had this issue. In four years of listing my property, I've never had one bad review so I'm entirely shocked you would leave such a review. I also personally went over to the home when I got back in the country two days after your stay and nothing that you are saying is applicable so I'm entirely confused. Additionally, if this was the case during your stay in ANY HOME EVER, why not notify me or my assistant or cleaning crew during your stay so I could rectify the situation immediately? In all of my years hosting, no one has ever had such an experience. I would be upset too if what you are saying were true and/or if you had told me or my assistant about this and no one rectified it. You did nothing of the sort and it seems like this is almost a trolling to hurt my ability to rent. To that extent, and after reviewing this posting, I see that there are certainly fixes that the patio could use and I will personally go pick up cigarette butts but I can't get them all and I can't vacuum the rocks. I think you came after a very rowdy party and maybe the cleaning people didn't touch up the cabinets enough but "sticky" is an extreme exaggeration. Regardless, I will personally make sure that nothing like this ever occurs again. As far as the "urine" goes, I went over to the home and did not see what you are talking about. One bed appears to have a coffee stain on the side and my cleaning people said they saw it and it was treated with cleaning removal and dried before they put sheets on the bed. No one in their right mind would ever sleep on a wet bed and if the "mattress" had a stain on it, then the stain was treated. The cleaning crew is paid well to be sanitary and clean the home. Regardless, I'm sorry you had a bad experience but I wish that you would have discussed with me rather than making misstatements. I'm very disappointed to see something like this and I hope this doesn't deter any guests from a future booking. I earn 5 star reviews!

This New home is in the heart of Midtown and Downtown Nashville and in the center of Music Row and the Downtown Gulch. Enjoy this extremely modernized home with 20 FOOT CEILINGS. The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live and you simply have access to it all. There is not a better location in Nashville, period! The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and security cameras. They aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior and you'll love the homes. Make sure to inquire with the Owner about accessibility and, if you are a large group of 10 or more we can be creative. PARTIES FOR FOUR NIGHTS INCLUDING FRIDAY GET A $400 DISCOUNT ON THE FOURTH NIGHT!! Have an especially large group in excess of 10 or more, inquire with the Owner.

This house was completed in 2016 and constantly working to make it better; I truly love the home and I think you will too. There isn't too much not to like. Please reach out directly to the Owner if you have any questions about the occupancy and the availability to host your group.

The home is equipped to host your large group and we know you will simply love the finishes, the location, the newness of the home and the proximity you have to everything!! Don't hesitate to ask any questions about the place. The multiple beds make sure that any large group is very comfortable and also makes sure that you do not necessarily have to share beds unless you want to.
