New Spacious Family Friendly Home! Hot Tub, Play Room, Pebble Ice, Pool Table!

Come stay with your friends and family in this beautiful, spacious, and family-friendly home for your next vacation. This home is within walking distance to the Bear Lake Marina, downtown Garden City, and a newly built Mike’s Market. Let the kids play in the playroom with an indoor slide while you play a game of pool or relax in the private backyard hot tub. Other features of the home include a large steam shower, a main floor sound system, ADA compliant main floor, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is plenty of space for everyone in this home with a large great room, upstairs family room, two playrooms, and over 15 beds in 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom contains a smart tv, with a 75” tv in the great room and upstairs family room. From Memorial Day to Labor Day there is also access to a community clubhouse and pool.

Main floor master bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs family room: 2 full daybeds with pull out twin trundles (sleeps 6)
Upstairs bunk bed room: 2 triple bunk beds, double over twin over queen (sleeps 10)
Upstairs bedroom: Twin over queen with pull out twin trundle (sleeps 4)
Upstairs master bedroom: King bed, twin daybed with twin pull out trundle (sleeps 4)
Mini portable crib and pack n play located in the upstairs master bathroom closet.

Parking: 2 parking spots in the garage and 4 spots in the driveway (6 spots). NO street parking. Extra parking is located at the community clubhouse. HOA has limited boat parking.

Perfect location! We loved the steam showers, Bidet toilets, plenty of room for family, games and we loved the mini splits (heating and air units) for each room! Just not great parking for boats.

Amazing home

We wanted a place that would create amazing memories for our entire family, this was exactly what we were looking for. All the amenities, everything you could need from the kitchen, and we are both cooks. Ask any one of the 12 of us and we would tell you without pause that it was perfect. We will be back.

Bear Lake Getaway

Great house -Loved the floor plan(number of bedrooms, bathrooms, sleeping areas!), plenty of towels, kitchenware, things for all to do and relax! Location was excellent! Two washers & dryers that I did not expect to come in so handy for multiple families to use at the same time! Kids loved the slide and playroom. Large kitchen dining are hooked to living space-so comfortable for all!

Wonderful Stay

My sister's and I wanted a little getaway and this home was perfect!! Very clean and communication was very responsive. Great for kids even though we didnt bring our kiddos but we definitely plan to return to this home. Beautiful home!!

Amazing get-away

Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home that created a wonderful environment to have fun. There were games and activities for the children and adults. The kitchen and rooms and Living Spaces were huge. Just minutes away from the marina and beach area. I would love to stay here every vacation.

Excellent property, excellent host, excellent location

I can't express just how wonderful our stay here was. The property had tons of thoughtful amenities and it felt like the host really had thought of everything. We hosted a family reunion here and even though we had tons of people, the home had room enough to spare both for sleeping and entertaining. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our 3 night get away in this beautiful home. The beds were comfortable, we had every amenity we needed and enjoyed our stay. This home is well appointed and wee just wish it would have been a longer stay for us. Our family of 13 would love to stay here again. Also, Blake was great to communicate before and during our stay.
