Nestled on a 4-hectare estate, La Basinerie is a beautifully restored former Sologne-style barn.

Combining elegant décor with outstanding comfort, it offers a true haven of peace, perfect for family holidays, getaways with friends, or business retreats.

The house is completely independent and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests thanks to its three family suites, providing both privacy and space for everyone.

All bedding, sheets and towels are of the highest quality for optimal comfort!

Books, board games and local tourist information are also available for your enjoyment.

🌳 Outdoor Areas & Leisure

Relax on the large terrace furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for al fresco dining, and enjoy shared access to a wooden above-ground swimming pool (6 m × 3.5 m) located on the grounds of the estate's second house.

You will also have access to:
- a charcoal barbecue
- outdoor games including table tennis, table football (foosball), darts and Mölkky.

🐴 A True Paradise for Horse Lovers

Your horses are welcome!

The property features a Fontainebleau sand riding arena, fully equipped with irrigation and lighting.

There are also two large paddocks with shelters. In another area of the property, two horse stalls and two open stables provide direct access to the paddocks.

👥 Travelling with a Larger Group?

You can accommodate up to 20 guests by also renting our second cottage, Bonneville, located on the same estate and sleeping an additional 10 guests.

Rent both cottages together and enjoy exclusive use of the entire property for family gatherings, birthdays, reunions or celebrations with friends.

- 20 minutes from the French National Equestrian Park in Lamotte-Beuvron.

- 20 minutes from Center Parcs – Les Hauts de Bruyères.

- Ideally located for exploring the magnificent Loire Valley châteaux, including Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Beauregard, and many others, all within a 10 to 30-minute drive.

- Enjoy forest walks, cycling, birdwatching, the beautiful lakes of Sologne, and discover the region's renowned local gastronomy.

🔑 Good to Know

The nearest supermarket is in Saint Laurent Nouan (20 min) or Neung-sur-Beuvron (15 min). There are also grocery stores, bakeries, and butcher shops in Dhuizon (10 min) or La Ferté Saint Cyr (10 min).

We kindly ask guests to leave the house in a reasonable condition upon departure (please wash and put away dishes, and take out the rubbish).

🐶 Dogs Welcome

Well-behaved dogs are happily accepted. To help us keep the house in excellent condition for future guests, please keep them off the beds and sofas.

The property is not fully fenced.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

The house is not specifically designed for guests with reduced mobility, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding accessibility before your stay.
