Amazing property

We booked this stay for a concert in Denver. The entire group loved the property. Host communicated efficiently. Would definitely stay at this property or another owned by the hosts again

Birthday Getaway

My girlfriend and I have birthdays two weeks apart. We and several of our friends left the Texas heat to celebrate in Denver. The house was big and comfortable for everyone.

Would not recommend

I started trying to contact the host the 2days before our stay because I had not received any arrival information. I never got a response. We arrived on Monday at 3:50pm and still had no way of knowing how to get into this place. Luckily the cleaning lady showed up and let us in about 45mins after sitting at the gate.but at this point I still had no code to get our keys out of the lock box therefore we could not leave the property because we could not lock our things up. Later that night at 11:48pm midnight I received a text from th le host with the code for the keys. The WiFi only works on the house TVs it would not connect to any of the kids tablets nor our phones.

Family gathering

Only problem we had was with the property manager. First night there was an issue with the CO2 monitor beeping. Left a message with both the property manager and the maintenance person (listed in the binder) No names on voice mail. Never heard a word back from either. We dealt with the problem ourselves. The house is large and a great place for entertaining. Lots of room for a large party. We had 8 adults and an 8 year old and there was something for everyone. It is a little ways out but we liked the quiet and not having to deal with Denver noise. Still close enough for everything we wanted to do. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Just hope the communication improves with the property manager.

Excellent Property

This property is as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. There was plenty of room for our family, and close enough to Denver to do everything on our bucket list. communication with the property manager was quick and accurate. would stay here again!

Great space for large families

The property was beautiful and peaceful. There was plenty of space for our extended family of 12. The location was a little farther out than expected but it was nice not being “in town”. There were a few things broken/unusable, including the tv in the pool/bar area and the theater room in the lower level. Even still, the kids were entertained by the game room. It would have been nice to clearly understand the instability of internet and the limited channels available. We were also surprised that the only “pantry staples” were salt and pepper, all other seasonings were empty. We had to buy basic cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper and paper towels since there were no extras provided at the property. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to know in advance.
