Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: One in Vermillion | 93 Vermillion Way resides in the beautiful Lake District of Watercolor. This home is situated in the nature preserve and has stunning views of Western Lake from the private pool and multiple outdoor spaces found throughout. With generous room for the whole family to relax, plus a golf cart/LSV included for easy exploring, this home is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
The first floor of the home greets you to tall ceilings and rich flooring throughout the open floor plan. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating for 4 and stylish dining table seating for 8 guests. The spacious living room provides comfortable seating for all with views of the pool and Western Lake. The screened in porch features a fireplace, tv, seating for all, and access to the pool deck *Please note: the accordion pool doors are equipped with alarms to prevent children from exiting alone and falling into the pool. This is Florida Short Term Law and they cannot be disabled. The doors cannot be left open or alarm will continue to sound*. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a king size bed and private bathroom. You will also find a half bath on this floor for shared use.
The second floor of the home offers a guest bedroom with a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The next bedroom has two queen size beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The following bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom has a king size bed; private balcony with lake views; and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is located on this floor as well as access to the balcony on the front of the home.
The third floor treats you to a bedroom with a king size bed. The additional space has a queen bed (no closet). There is a shared bathroom on this floor.

Additional - Guests can enjoy complimentary rides anywhere in WaterColor using the on-demand WaterColor Trolley, available through the WaterColor Trolley app in your app store. - Parking for 2 vehicles. - Pool can be heated for $65/day - No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. - No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. - WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts. - 16 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. - The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.
Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.
Reservation/Booking Policy - Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. - A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. - Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. - Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

Great House
We had a great stay at this house. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living room is spacious with 2 seating areas. The screened-in porch is fantastic, which is one of the reasons we chose the house. The 2 sets of doors out to the porch and pool don't have handles from the outside, so you have to walk around to the side of the house to open, or have someone inside open. Not ideal, and I would recommend they come up with a solution for this. The management was easy to communicate with, and the maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, beautiful setting
House is a bit “worn”. Rear back doors difficult to operate. Outdoor grill is terrible and needs to be replaced. Need more kitchenware. One of the shower handles in 2nd floor bathroom was broken and could not use the standard shower head. However the rain shower head worked, albeit lousy water pressure.

We have had the back doors serviced by a glass professional and they are working much better.
The grill has been replaced and a full kitchen inventory has been completed. We have repaired the shower handle and we are having the water pressure checked to see if that can be increased.

House lacking comfort
House lacking comfort. This house was not comfortable. It had a very small kitchen, no place to put beach or pool supplies, no outlet for golf cart, few utensils, poor Internet service, outdated decor. Pictures were misleading. Property manager was very nice and helpful. Watercolor resort is amazing. House was overpriced. This was our fourth stay in WaterColor and the first house we were disappointed in.
