UPSTAIRS: - Master suite: Relax on the plush queen bed, and pamper yourself in the full ensuite bathroom for your privacy and convenience. - Second & Third bedrooms: Each features a cozy queen bed, ensuring a peaceful rest for everyone. - Shared bathroom: Offers modern and stylish fittings. - Laundry room: Washer and dryer at your disposal, making your vacation hassle-free.



MIDDLE FLOOR: - Living room: Lounge around the warm indoor fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. - Kitchen: Cook up your favorite meals in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker. - Dining room: Share fine dining experiences at the elegant dining table. - Half bathroom: Easily accessible for guests' convenience. - Garage: Safe and secure parking for your vehicle.

Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire condo and garage, ensuring space and privacy throughout your stay. Check-in and check-out are seamless, thanks to our smart lock system.

Getting Around:

Vehicle is best. Uber/Lyft can be scheduled in advance on their app. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.



Other Things to Note:

We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
