Situated in Dinard, this 1970s holiday home has been completely refurbished and enjoys a prime location, overlooking the Baie du Prieuré whilst offering exceptional views of the mouth of the Rance and Saint-Servan.

Villa Isis is bathed in light throughout the day thanks to its south-facing aspect. The warm atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy time together, whether with family or friends. Every detail has been carefully considered to create an elegant living environment.

The villa is spread over three floors, and you’ll enjoy private, secluded access to the outdoor area thanks to its tree-lined courtyard, which instantly makes you feel like you’re on holiday!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Level 1 – A quiet and functional sleeping area:

- Bedroom 1: Featuring a single bed (90x200), a wardrobe and a workspace with a desk
- Bedroom 2: Featuring a single bed (90x200) and a wardrobe
A bathroom with a shower and heated towel rail
- A separate toilet
- A utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer

Level 2 – Sleeping area – Master suites:

Level 2 comprises the main entrance to the property, which features a lovely entrance hall with exposed stonework, and two master suites:

- Bedroom 3 – Master suite: Featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), a wardrobe, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. A separate toilet within the bathroom.
- Bedroom 4 – Master suite: Featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), a wardrobe, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a heated towel rail. There is a separate toilet in the bathroom.

Both master suites enjoy sea views. They are fitted with bespoke wooden interior shutters, which block out the light whilst adding charm and elegance, as well as thick curtains.

Level 3: 45 m² living area – Panoramic sea view:

- The modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances, includes:
a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a conventional oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a 3-ring induction hob with extractor hood, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a wine cooler (18 bottles).
- For dining, the central island is fitted with 6 particularly comfortable seats.
- Crockery, glassware and all the utensils needed to cook in the best possible conditions.
- The living room, with its curved lines and a subtly reimagined 1970s style, offers a warm and refined atmosphere. It centres around a generous modular sofa and several seating areas that invite you to relax and socialise. Wherever you sit, your gaze is naturally drawn to the vast expanse of the sea.
- True to the spirit of the place, the living room has no television: here, the real spectacle unfolds outside, where the changing light, the movement of the waves and the horizon offer a living tableau to be admired at every moment.

Outdoors:

On Level 3, you have direct access to the terrace, designed as an additional living space. Covering an area of 41 m² and facing due south, it is one of Villa Isis’s major highlights.

Breakfast overlooking the sea, reading in the sunshine, a nap lulled by the sea spray, or evenings bathed in golden light: this rare space in Dinard invites you to make the most of the beauty of the landscape, from morning until night. A true privilege for those who love moments of tranquillity, suspended between sky and sea.
You’ll have access to: two sun loungers, garden furniture, and an outdoor table seating six. An awning allows you to enjoy this shaded area in comfort during the hottest part of the day.

Tucked away in one of Dinard’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, the villa enjoys a prime location on the Emerald Coast. Facing the famous Castelbrac Hotel and just a stone’s throw from the picturesque Cale de la Vallée, you’ll enjoy a setting that is as peaceful as it is exclusive, where the sea sets the pace for every moment. The coastal path invites you to take magnificent walks to Écluse beach, the marina or the town centre, with its elegant Belle Époque villas, shops, restaurants and lively terraces. With its sea views, remarkable architectural heritage and the relaxed Breton way of life, this neighbourhood embodies all the elegance of Dinard and promises a stay dedicated to relaxation and the art of living.

The Place des Halles, where Dinard’s famous market is held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a ten-minute walk away. It’s a wonderful opportunity to discover local produce, Breton flavours and the friendly atmosphere that gives this seaside resort its charm.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, there is space for two vehicles in the villa’s private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: 13 km away in Saint-Malo (20 mins by car).
- Nearest airport: 80 km from Rennes (1 hour by car)
- Saint-Malo: Access by water taxi from the Cale de la Vallée, a 5-minute walk away

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.

The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
