We offer for rent our family and friendly apartment/cocoon in the mountains and wish to share this place with people who will take care of it and who wish to breathe the fresh air by putting the car down because everything is done on foot.

Ideally located in the superb charming and family resort mainly composed of chalets and traditional buildings restored with In the heart of one of the largest ski areas in Europe PARADISKI linking Les Arcs/Peisey Vallandry to La Plagne, in a preserved and very wooded setting facing west with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc and the Tarentaise valley, our duplex apartment on the top floor with elevator has been completely renovated and designed to stay comfortably.
In the center of the resort and real ski-in/ski-out, it is rented for 8 people, ideally 6 adults and 2 children or teenagers because of the 2 bunk beds.

200m from the aerial cableway linking the ARCS to the LA PLAGNE area in just 10 minutes, the very central apartment allows you in winter to make the most of the 2 large parts of the ski area and its 425 km of slopes with its two glaciers "L'Aiguille Rouge" and "Bellecôte" guaranteeing you downhill skiing and touring of very high quality with an exceptional panorama.
Ascending to the Aiguille Rouge by its magnificent red aerial cableway, observing the 360° panorama and descending to Villaroger is a unique experience. You can also enjoy an exceptional Nordic area (cross-country skiing, biathlon, dog sledding and horseback riding as well as reindeer walks).
Departure and arrival at the apartment are ski-in/ski-out with direct ascent to the slopes by the Vallandry Express gondola.
In summer, the open ski lifts and the many trails allow you to practice mountain biking, paragliding, mountaineering, climbing, via ferrata, ranch, tennis, 18-hole golf course, aquatic complex, tree climbing with quick access to the Vanoise Park and many walks, mountain refuges or hikes, including the one leading to the listed baroque chapel of Les Vernettes, which we also recommend in winter for its open-air masses in the middle of fir trees and snow.

The apartment also benefits from a privileged location at the foot of shops, restaurants, wine bars, delicatessens, ski equipment rental and sellers, Spa and swimming pool opposite, ESF courses 50m away, pharmacy, doctor's office and cinema. The most festive will go to Club Med 50m away or to the Folie Douce in Les Arcs 1800 before going back down the slopes to the apartment.

The duplex apartment opens onto an entrance corridor with large cupboard and après-ski shoe storage opening on the first floor onto a master bedroom with wall-mounted television, private shower room (bed 160x200) and access to the south-east furnished terrace with a view of the slopes (photos of chalets are taken from the balcony), an alcove bedroom with built-in storage (140x200 bed) and access to the south-east terrace with a view of chalets and forest, a cabin bedroom with 2 custom-made adult bunk beds (90x200), a bathroom with large separate shower cubicle and separate toilets.

A last bedroom (140x190 bed) on the mezzanine with cabin-style storage overlooks the living space, not recommended for the elderly or people with mobility reduced.
All rooms have new Linvosges duvets and pillows.
The apartment has WiFi, ski and boot storage on the first floor. A free covered Le Golf parking lot located in front of the residence, within the limit of available spaces, allows you to park your car on arrival.
Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.
Weekly rental and possible addition of days depending on availability.
Full cleaning mandatory not included in the rental price.
