Lovely, spacious, sunny happy family-friendly home - great central location

Sunny, lovely, and happy is truly an honest way to describe this home! Spacious, clean, inviting, and waiting for your to enjoy your vacation. The home is a short drive, or lovely bike ride, to CSU and charming shops, restaurants, and museums in Old Town. If you don't feel like driving, you can take the The Max bus to Old Town. Only 15-20 minutes to the the gorgeous Horsetooth Reservoir and a short drive to a slew of easy to intermediate and vista-filled hikes around the area.

The space
As soon as you walk into the door of this sunny, happy, and lovely home nestled on a neighborhood greenbelt, you will be greeted with a colorful, warm eclectic style that makes you feel you so welcome and comfortable. Whether you are here for a wedding weekend, girls getaway, family reunion, CSU graduation, Christmas vacation, or just a little escape, you will be ready to drop your bags off, take off your shoes, and relax. You get to enjoy the greenbelt views, full of mature trees, from virtually every room on the main level.
You will love the kitchen! It's so open and ready for a large gathering. Two to three chefs in the kitchen is easily doable with plenty of seating all around to socialize, play chess, or even watch the game on TV while the chefs are cooking. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning in the front porch or a cocktail in the evening while sitting in the back yard next to a roaring fire. Or simply pick up your book and relax in the hammock by the water fall and pond.

We are only a short drive or lovely bike ride to CSU and the fantastic and charming shops, restaurants, and museums in Old Town. If you don't feel like driving, you can take the The Max bus to Old Town. Only 10 minutes to the the gorgeous Horsetooth Reservoir (our favorite spot in town!) and a short drive to a slew of easy to intermediate and vista-filled hikes around the area.

The whole house has an awesome open flow with spacious living room & dining room, both open to kitchen. Kitchen is also open to cozy family room with fun piano that all are welcome to play.

There are many inside board games, video console (PS4, old school Nintendo) to play on a snowy day. For those warmer sunnier days, guests are welcome to use soccer balls, football, jump on the trampoline, or enjoy a game of soccer with two large goals in the green belt. For those looking for a little more of a quiet activity, a lovely walk along the green belt to the tire swing and pond is also an option.
Even though we do have a sweet pup, she will not be at the home during your stay. Our home is professionally cleaned and ready for you and your family and friends to enjoy.
