    Great location, in walking distance to everything in willdwood. Little more cleaner and the locks to the front door and garage door is bit of an issue. However, agency staff very helpful, courteous, and considerate to their guests.

    Girls trip weekend

    We had 7 of us ladies stay for the Barefoot Country Music Fest. Was great location within a 10 min walking distance to the event on the beach. House was very clean, and all beds were comfortable except the pull-out couch we had to go but an air mattress to put on top of the mattress. Other than that, it was a great rental.

    Beautiful house.

    This propert was beautiful inside. Very clean and spacious. Close to beach and boardwalk. Nice balcony to sit on and relax. Kitchen was well stocked with everything g we needed. All around great time. If I could make one suggestion it would be to have a big table outside in the balcony where folks can eat.

    Property is close to the beach two blocks maybe, clean and spacious, just needs some TLC Blinds on the slider and screens for sliders need to be replaced

    Great house - bring a drink/chair for balcony

    Overall our stay was good but there are a few things I wish I would have known. I was not familiar with wildwood prior to this week so when I booked it I didn’t know this is the “party” area. A few houses around us were jam packed with young adults drinking and partying until 2-3 am every day. There is also a new bar called Cast Aways with a giant pirate ship within the block and has live music from 2pm-10pm. The deck was perfect to drink our own drinks and listen to the bands from the bar. Just bring your own chairs for balcony because the ones there are completely broken and can’t be sat on. The good news is, the interior was almost sound proof so we couldn’t hear the bar or neighbors once we went inside and it didn’t keep the kids up. It’s 1 1/2-2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk but you pass a few shady motels on your walk (but from what I learned that is common for that area of wildwood). Personally didn’t care for the smell of weed or language along that walk with our kids in tow but that is no fault of the owner/house, just a personal preference other families may want to consider. House was in overall good shape - a few lights out, loose hinges/closet doors, and the balcony chair issue but not enough of an issue to need maintenance. There are lots of pots and pans for cooking, a dual pot/k-cup coffee maker, cups, plates, utensils, toaster, and basic cleaning supplies to keep the house tidy throughout the week. On a side note, for 2020, wildwood moved the fireworks to a new location so you can’t see them anymore from balcony. You will need to walk down the boards towards the convention center. We really did have a great time and I would probably rent here again, especially with friends.

    Great location, location, and location

    Great location to the boardwalk! More than two cars, no problem, free parking just a street away. The kitchen is very equipped. We enjoyed staying at this property.

    Even better the second time around!

    My family and I stayed at this property last year and loved the quiet location, as well as the short distance to the boardwalk and beach. This year the property was even nicer than we remembered and the very few complaints we had last year were non-existent this year. We would love to make this our go-to every year!

    Father's Day Weekend

    This is a great property for a family rental. The place was very roomy and had all the accommodations of being home. It's the perfect location to get to the beach and boardwalk.

    Great Place for Family

    Other than a few minor technical issues, this condo was a great place for our family! It was spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had the building to ourselves for the majority of our stay and it was wonderful. The fact that it is 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk was amazing. My husband is disabled and it made it easy to push his wheelchair to the boardwalk. Would totally recommend to family and friends.
