Hello travelers. In our beautiful and cozy home we provide smart tvs and/or smart devices in every room. We also supply a dvd player, a wide range of movies, channels, Everysport games, and sometimes ppv fights. (ladies your men would love this 😉) The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It's 2mins from Cleve clinic, 10mins from Walmart, 8mins from downtown, and 1min from an amazing display of monster trucks and 25ft robots! (Kids would love to see this) You're no longer than 20 minutes away from any location in cleveland.

Not too many properties have four bedrooms. We enjoyed the fact that the grandkids could have their own bedroom and their mother could have a room to herself.

The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. Property manager was responsive to needs. Typical of northern region there was not central air but with a combination of window units and fans we were able to make it comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with basics. One bedroom upstairs had no window unit and stayed warm throughout our stay. We had 5 people one night, the house slept 7, but there were not enough stairs for everyone to sit at the dining table (only 4 chairs). It would be nice to have some hooks on the walls in bedrooms and bathrooms to hang things would be a nice touch.

Close to Clevelqnd Clinic

5 minutes to Cleveland Clinic which is why we chose the property. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect for our needs

We were a group of 7 adults attending a dance and music festival weekend in Cleveland. We were out most of the time and mainly needed a place to sleep. The property was clean and well kept with all of the services we needed (wifi, tvs, kitchen stuff). The parking was plentiful. Three cars can be fit in the driveway, but there is tons more room on the street as well.The host was professional and communicated clearly. We had no issues.The neighborhood was not a big deal for us, but it was not the nicest - I would recommend a car rather than walking. The location was very convenient.

Nice but chilly

Nice older house, close to Cleveland Clinic. Only complaint from us is the window AC units were still in the windows ... in January. So a little drafty near the windows, but all in all it was a nice place to stay.

Thankful for the stay

I had a procedure at the Cleveland Clinic and this place is only 5 minutes away. After the procedure, it was nice coming back to a home rather than a hotel room. The place was comfortable, the owner was helpful and communicative. My husband and I really appreciate everything. Thank you!

Great weekend

We had enjoyed our stay the only thing I recommend is throw blankets, mixing bowls for cooking, and other then that a great place to sleep. It was very clean and overall an awesome experience. We really enjoyed our visit!

Great weekend stay

The house was very clean and on a quiet street. The check in process was very easy. We had 3 couples with us so the multiple bedrooms was very convenient for our group. We go to a few browns games and year and would stay here again.

Manageable

Older area, but quiet enough, beds were comfortable and clean. This house does have steep stairs, but there is a nice master bedroom on the first floor.

Price is right, one bedroom is not airconditioned, there is a rooster in the neighborhood and one night we heard gun shots.

Great Stay

Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds with great linens and plush towels. Perfect locations for all the places we wanted to go. Mike is a very responsive and very nice.

Had friends doing the National Sportscard Convention Wed thru Sun. They were gone every day by 8 and usually home by 7. I explored the neighborhood and the community. Caught a ballgame, the Rock N Roll HOF and enjoyed the place! The neighborhood is older but full of good people and the host was fantastic!

Not a negative review

The property was priced right for the neighborhood and age & condition of the house. The downstairs was very nice, clean, and as advertised. Was not able to use the television in the downstairs bedroom. Older electrical outlets made some plugs hard to use. Shower head came only to mid chest on 6ft tall male. Host stipulated no eating in living room or bedrooms, but only provided seating for 4 in the dining room in a house marketed to sleep 6. Numeric entry made it very easy to get in and out without worrying about keys. Not a negative review, just things that would have been nice to know prior to booking. Overall, we had a good experience.

Great location

We were in town for husband’s surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Very convenient location. Owner was super flexible with checkin time and was available for any questions. It was nice to have space for everybody to spread out.

Nice house

Nice property on quiet street. There was no washer/ dryer anywhere that we could find. Glad there was a bedroom in the first floor as the steps are steep and hard to navigate if you have mobility issues. Would stay here again.
