Great long weekend getaway

The perfect spot for a large family with dogs to enjoy a long weekend. 15-20min to great hiking, fishing and water sport spots. Also close to town with great restaurants but once you're at the house you may not want to leave.

Annual end of year vacation

This house was absolutely amazing. The movie/game room was a BIG plus! the kids enjoyed the foosball table. Best part was the huge window in the living room. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We all loved our stay and wish we had more time to appreciate the house and the surrounding area the house was awesome and had plenty of room for everyone. The front porch was a favorite and the movie room was great too. Kitchen is huge.

Hometown's visit

We grew up in the Kern River Valley. If you’re looking to gather with friends/family this place offers a great inviting space! It’s close enough to walk to town and cozy enough to want to stay in. We will definitely look to rebook in future visits.

The Best Five Star House in Kern

This property is beautiful, spacious, and had the perfect layout for a family vacation. Everyone had their own space, their own full bathroom, and yet the family gathering areas are perfect and inviting. You will not want to leave even though it’s in a great location. It’s quiet, close to town, has an amazing kitchen, comfy beds, and awesome views.This house made our trip!

Kernville dream house

We have been visiting Kerville every year for about 10 years, and this stay was the best. The house was excellent for our family and all of us enjoyed every second of our stay. Besides the house itself, the location and the neighborhood, the property manager walked us through all the way and made us to feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you!!!!!

The description listed 5 bedrooms, but instead 4 bedrooms with 2 single fold up cots in the game room down stairs. Neighbors had signs in front of their houses of “ no parking”. Checkin was great. House very clean, location super close to town. Enjoyed our stay. Room for 2 cars in driveway.

Kern Epic View Spectacular Spectacular

Awesome place to hang your hat if visiting the Kernville / Southern Sierra area. Large, comfortable, very clean, modern appliances, and a theater room to die for. Communication with host was 2nd to none I reckon.

Kernville house

The house is lovely. The owner sent.The house rules one day before our trip. This should have been done as soon as the reservation was made. The driveway is quite steep. We were not allowed to use the parking at the back of the house. The back of the house has level entry. Would’ve been much easier than going up all the stairs with luggage.
