Location location location! Perfect for couples or families. Located within walking distance of shops, activities, beaches, and amazing restaurants. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a perfect pick! Whether you’re strolling to fantastic restaurants for dinner or drinks or enjoying a sunset view from the lanai, you’re sure to enjoy the big island experience. Our place is perfect for people who want the proximity of the ocean, beach, shops and restaurants where the aloha spirit is in walking distance. Sound travels easily in the building so we ask that your parties stay in the bar or at the beach. It is on the third floor and there is an elevator but it is 3 steps to the ground floor. PLEASE NOTE! The building sits back slightly from the downtown giving it a quiet environment that the residents embrace.
Do not book this property if you intend to bring the party back to this place as there are families with children in nearby units. There are strict measures for violations. Thank you

We loved our stay here! This place is fully stocked with anything you could ask for and more (even though we brought all of our own stuff). Easy walking distance to so many places (parking is expensive) and a close drive to Walmart and Safeway. The accommodations were super clean. It was very nice to have AC in the bedrooms. Check in was smooth and commutation was prompt and effective.

Everything about this place was excellent. It is clean, spacious, conveniently located in town, and fully furnished making they stay very comfortable. I really appreciated how this home was made to accommodate a family. It included all items you could possibly need including a rice cooker! The information provided is very accurate including photos, driving directions, and instructions on key codes, check-in/check-out process. I definitely would rebook this place again.

Great location for the price! I know it’s a weird thing to comment on, but I was really impressed by the amount of toiletries in the bathrooms. They really think of anything you might have forgotten, which came across as very thoughtful. Lots of amenities, including beach equipment, etc.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close to the downtown area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very comfortable and has a nice little balcony to sit out on. Beds were comfortable. Nice toiletries in the bathrooms. Having 2 bedrooms and baths was perfect for two friends traveling. The location is perfect, just a block or two from the main street running along the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and historical sites. Easy parking for our rental. Elevator. Would be happy to stay here again.

Amazing host communication and flexibility. We loved the apartment. The bedroom futon is not comfortable for sleeping at all, but everything else was great. I look forward to a return visit someday when there are fewer storms!

What a fantastic find! Location is amazing, the neighborhood rooster makes sure you’re up early to enjoy all there is to do. Lots of space (4 adults slept comfortably) and a beautiful view. Even saw a whale breach from the balcony. I will stay here again if it’s available next time we’re on the island!!

Location was perfect!! Right in town area near many shopping spots and restaurant'sVery clean home ! There were 4 of us, the place was large enough for 6 to sleep comfortably.Buildings in the area are close together.Only one parking stall, with street parking for a second vehicle! Perfect location for familes

This was a great place to stay with my family. It had two bedrooms, plenty of places to sleep, kitchen and restaurants nearby. We were right in the middle of town. Scott was very responsive and helpful the entire time.

The location was the best part plus the parking and elevator access. For us no air conditioning in the living area made it humid and uncomfortable since we are from the north and not used to it. Also couldn't figure out how to close the louver windows. Suggest another portable unit for the living room. Use a piece of plywood with a hole and close it in the sliding door.

Hi Paul, sorry you had such a poor experience. It’s certainly not advertised as having air conditioning in the living room so I am sorry you were under the impression that it did. The bedrooms stay very cool and that’s typically where people are most concerned with the temp. Usually the fans are sufficient, but during the heat of the day I could see it being fairly muggy for you. Being from alaska myself I understand being “from the north” and while the heat can be a bit much after an afternoon outside, usually a cold shower feels nice and the temp in the condo is quite pleasant. Anyway, thanks for staying at the place and I wish you better fitting accommodations in your travels.
