Cute Place Convenient to the best of St. Pete

We loved our stay at this house! It was close enough to the beach and downtown while being far enough away to have a quiet night's sleep. The inside was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Home Away From Home

My family stayed here for almost a week. It was cozy and had everything we needed and more. The location is great as it's close to lots of things. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella (all great quality)! Communication was fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Pete!

This rental house was perfect for our family. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect layout. Very clean, with really nice welcoming touches. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute home in St Pete

The property was very clean and stocked with the items we needed for the week. The street was quiet. Alex was responsive to any questions I had, and was able to get us checked in early to accommodate our schedule.

Great place, super nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is near most everything, and the home is really cute and cozy. Everything you need is in the home and the backyard was big and relaxing. It was just as described and Alejandro was super helpful. This place is a great place to stay!

La Casita of St. Petersburg

We enjoyed our stay. A lot of extras here at this property. Our host, Alex, was understanding and very responsive when called upon. For the price, you'll probably not find a better bargain. Very pleased with the accommodations and our host. We'll certainly consider returning to this property if it's available again.

Great home and location

Newly renovated house with high end finishes. Equipped with everything you need to make for an enjoyable stay. Located close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Alejandro was very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions. Definitely will stay again.

Great, clean place!

My coworker and I stayed here for a quick work trip and the place was wonderful. Very clean and updated looking. The owner was super generous in letting us check in early after an overnight flight. It was so nice to be able to grab a couple hours of rest the morning of arrival. Easy to access the house and we had everything we needed there. I would stay again if and when in the area.

Great place

Nicely remodeled home, with everything you need there. They had four beach towels and folding chairs for the beach, kitchen was fully stocked. The house was very clean and the beds & bedding was soft. No complaints, also the owner was very nice and responsive.

I liked the ease of access to the property and and cleanliness. The beds were excellent and wifi was easy to access. The location was safe and friendly neighbours. My only complaint would be the ease of access to the beaches but that was not their fault. It was no problem to get to the beach if you knew where to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent stay here, but there were a few things we didn't like, too. House itself is nice, but the area felt a little "down." House had a spot in the floor where the subfloor must have an issue, as the vinyl plank flooring has cracked. The pull-out sofa bed frame is bent, and we had a time carefully getting the bed out, then back in. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and we found none in the rest of the house (guessing this is a cleaning crew issue). Other than that, we had a good stay here--no security issues or anything like that, a/c worked great, TV is huge. We didn't receive check-out instructions, which was unexpected.

Fresh crisp and comfy

This Casita was perfect for our stay while attending a landmark family event. The common areas were open and comfortable for my husband, adult daughter and me. The kitchen was well equipped with nice cookware etc. The beds were comfortable - the house had a nice contemporary vibe…clearly newly and well renovated. The location served us well as we had several different locations near St Pete that we needed to get to - yet close enough to the airport to make a very early morning departure doable. The neighborhood seems to be one in transition - I expect more homes will be renovated as time goes on and the overall tenor of the neighborhood will elevate. The Casita has good curb appeal and I expect the back area - which is fenced in - will probably match the front when it is done - I think in the near future. Currently it’s a little rough. We didn’t spend time outside so it wasn’t an issue. There were a couple of little things we needed addressed and Alejandro was quick to respond and issues were resolved. We had a cozy comfortable stay. Thanks

Nice location needs improvement overall

Over all it was alright! Probably not the best experience. The host was good with early check in. And communication. However the guest room sliding door would not lock, which was scary with 4 women alone in a area we are not familiar with, on top of that a police came to the house asking for the owner’s information, which I told him and he seemed surprised. He offered to have someone come fix the door but we didn’t want to be bothered with that while on vacation. We just made sure not to keep vulnerable items at the house. The front guest room had broken blinds and no curtains and the neighbors house lights shined in all night. The host supplied the bare minimum for toilet paper (2) and garbage bags (2) for 4 adults for 5 days. We ran out of both. We had left over beer and alcohol so we left that. They had beach supplies which was nice. Cooler, chairs and beach towels. We made the best out of our vacation.

Since your stay we were able to get the sliding glass door taken care of and discussed with the cleaning crew to leave extra toiletries and garbage bags for longer stays. Apparently the officer was investigating a case and wanted to know if I had footage of anyone walking around the area with a specific description since we have cameras around the properties. Disappointing

Neighborhood was a little run down. We arrived with perishables in 80 degree weather and the host had given us the wrong lock box and key pad codes. After 3 attempts to call him and 25 minutes later we were given the correct code. Host stated codes were changed two weeks ago yet he sent the old info. Home had broken and missing linoleum in kitchen with a weak subfloor in the same area, plaster cracked in several places on walls, a hole in the wall behind a bedroom door, bathroom vanity had chips and rotting wood, some blinds bent and one missing a whole chunk of the blind, kitchen skillets were dirty, gas grill was in poor shape with broken burners and rusty grates, cork screw broken and not usable, dead cock roach in closet. The closest beach was 20 plus minutes away. Overall, I would not go back. We were very disappointed in the quality of care of this home and its location.

Nettes kleines Haus in mäßiger Nachbarschaft

Der Check-in Prozess gestaltete sich schwierig. Wir haben zuerst eine falsche Zahlenkombination für den Schlüsselkasten bekommen. In einer zweiten Mail wurde eine andere Kombi genannt. Diese funktionierte dann. Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung, mussten also die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ausziehen. Obwohl wir fünf Personen angemeldet hatten, war sie nicht bereits bei Ankunft aufgebaut, was man eigentlich erwarten könnte. Der Rahmen der Couch war kaputt (verbogen) und somit nicht zu gebrauchen. In einem vorherigen Kommentar war dies bereits erwähnt, aber noch nicht repariert. Letztendlich schlief eine Person auf der Matratze am Boden, was nicht gerade bequem war. Die Betten sind auch nur Queensize, daher eher etwas für Paare. Ich würde die Wohnung höchstens für vier Personen empfehlen. Die Nachbarschaft machte nicht den sichersten Eindruck. Viele Häuser sehen heruntergekommen aus.
