WELCOME to Zen View Getaway. The perfect space for family and friends to enjoy pools, hot tubs, and resort amenities or just relax on the deck and enjoy the view. Located in the Las Palmas Resort which includes year-round amenities for all ages, including: pools, splash pad, hot tubs, pickle ball, fitness center, playground, basketball, and more. Convenient access to Restaurants and shopping as well as my other activities such as: Golf, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Soccer, Baseball, Tennis, Softball, Theaters. Fifteen golf courses within 20 minutes.

The Space:
Three-bedroom, two-bathroom, second floor condo with large open living space and large covered deck. Large windows provide lots of natural light and great views. Condo is accessible by elevator and stairs.

Large open living space includes great room, kitchen, and dining space. Large kitchen Island and dining table provide many spaces for indoor eating and entertaining.

Fully outfitted with modern appliances. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials (cookware, dishes, cutlery, appliances, coffee machine, BBQ Grill, etc).

Bedrooms have high quality mattresses, linens, and plentiful pillows. Pool towels and standard bath towels are provided.

Primary Room: King Bed, Flat screen smart TV
Queen Room: Queen Bed, Flat screen smart TV
Bunk Room: Bunk with Full size bed on bottom and twin bed on top, plus a single twin bed, Flat screen smart TV.
Primary Bathroom: his and her sinks, shower, bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided.
Main Bathroom: sink, shower, bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided.

Washer and Dryer with large capacity available for use. Detergent provided.

Large, covered, private deck has many seating options, a table for outdoor dining, and a barbecue grill. Take in the amazing desert landscape view while relaxing with family and friends.

Garage: detached single car garage for your vehicle or for storing Bikes, Moto’s, ATV’s, etc.
Free surface parking is also available very close by.

Great stay

This home is great. The resort was awesome and kids loved the heated pools. It was nice to take a trip and have the ability to cook home cooked meals. Everything you need is surrounding the resort. I highly recommend.

Great fit for our family!

This was perfect for our family with adults, teens, and kids. It was cold, but we were still able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub. We also had a beautiful view and tons of windows!

So glad we booked our stay in St George in this condo. It was clean, well stocked, beautiful deck and view, spacious and perfect for our family. Emily was so great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Loved our stay. Host was so gracious. Gave us the opportunity to check in early and gave us a late check out. Rooms were cozy and had everything we needed. Had some ants but nothing out of hand.

Fantastic Stay

Extremely satisfied with our stay. If anything, the property was better in person than shown on-line. Very clean and well supplied and Emily was great at communicating the check-in and check-out process and times. She even offered us extra time at the place since the cleaners were going to be late. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the St. George area.

Great condo! Definitely would stay again.

Very clean, spacious, and well-appointed condo. It was located a ways from the main clubhouse, but it was right next to another shady pool with a hot tub, so no complaints. The beds were very comfortable and each room had blackout curtains, which was very appreciated by our teens and kids who wanted to sleep in. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of dishwasher tabs, which is always my complaint when we stay somewhere. Parking was easy. We got a lengthy message a few days before our visit that had all the details. Also, we messaged the owner/landlord a couple times during the stay about check-out, and we always got a quick response. Would definitely stay here again.

Good, but has an ant problem

Summers bring ants, and we couldn't get rid of them fast enough. We are a clean bunch of moms and there were ants every day we were there. When raised to the host, they just said put ant traps down. We did this, but of course that didn't solve the problem. So we were vacuuming ants the whole time we were there. No other solution was offered by the host.
