Location-
This modern bungalow studio is located in the heart of Napa Valley. Walking distance to downtown Napa and the top tasting rooms and restaurants around. Centrally located and easy access to explore the rest of Wine Country. When you're not out and about enjoying fruits of the Valley, you can relax in the quiet and peaceful Fuller Park neighborhood.

Property-
A private entrance leads to your exclusive home away from home. Use the spacious, fenced-in patio to enjoy a morning coffee or light up the fire pit for a night cap.
Inside this charming studio guesthouse, you will find a spacious open floor plan. Everything is brand new - From the furniture to the appliances, wall to wall. Catch some Zs on the memory foam queen bed. The space can sleep up to four with the additional queen memory foam sleeper sofa.
For longer stays, you can take advantage of the full kitchen, outdoor grill, washer and dryer.

Pets-
Small, housetrained dogs under 50 pounds are welcomed for an additional fee.
- $25 per night per dog
- Maximum number of dogs is 2
Please kindly let us know in advance if furry friends are joining and how many, so that we can be prepared (food bowls and bed provided upon request). Please be advised that the property's outdoor space does not include grass but is fully fenced and secured with a gate.

Perfect Place in Napa

Property is in a great location, near downtown Napa and other conveniences. While we did not make the walk during our stay, Ubers were fast and always available. The property is exactly like the photos show, very clean and stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay here longer!

Mel and Zach were fantastic hosts. Extremely communicative and the place was exactly as the pictures showed. We fit 3 comfortably, but be warned it's studio style, so no doors. Very cute and spacious patio with fire pit which was helpful post-wineries. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Home in A Quiet Neighborhood

I recently stayed a week at the property. It is exactly as described. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and a great launching pad to visit the wineries in Napa Valley. The home was stocked with paper goods, laundry supplies, a few snacks and K Cups. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on staying here again when I return in 2025! Thank you for letting me check-in a few hours early. It was great to be able to shower and change after a long flight before venturing out and enjoying a wine tasting!

Great little house in a quiet neighborhood

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is well appointed with everything needed in the bathroom and the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and the house easy to find. The house has a private courtyard where my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the mornings. We would definitely stay again.

Literally a Gem

We truly enjoyed our stay. Zack and Melissa our hosts have thought of everything. High end finished throughout belied the very fair daily rate. Very quiet and squeaky clean in a very safe neighborhood. 5 minutes to downtown by car; under 30 walk. Under 5 minute walk grocery, pharmacy, restaurants. 3 minute walk is La Hacienda Bar and Grill. Killer Huevos Rancheros. Kitchen is well equipped and functional. We cooked 3 weeks of meals for for our granddaughter, her husband and out new great granddaughter. Just a perfect base of operations for all Napa offers. I can't think of one single thing I change about this really great unit or the way we were treated by the easiest of owners to work with. Will definitely be back. Tom & Jacki

Awesome stay! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with the fenced courtyard…just perfect for our dogs. Not a bad walk to downtown Napa and discovered a great coffee shop just down the street. The place was very clean and modern - stocked with everything we needed.

Excellent stay for 2 people in heart of Napa

My wife and I visited Napa for the first time as part of a wedding anniversary. So glad we found this cozy little place to stay. About a 1 mile walk from downtown Napa, but the streets are easy to navigate and find your way around. There is a discount grocery store 5-6 blocks away and a small shopping center 2 blocks away with a convenience store, a delicious Mexican restaurant and local coffee shop. Very new, clean and modern studio-like apartment. Perfect for 2 people. The owners were great at communication and very thoughtful in what they provided in the VRBO (kitchen items, bottled water, Keurig cups, plenty of towels). A private little courtyard to sit outside for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Highly recommend!

Clean, modern space, well maintained. Easy drive to downtown Napa, easy access to Hwy. 29. Washer/Dryer was a nice touch as was the fire pit and outdoor sitting area. Nice spot for a couple’s get-away. We enjoyed our stay.
