The convenient location and allowing our small Boston Terrier made this an excellent rental. It was quiet—which we loved—and the beds were comfortable. We cooked meals and enjoyed the amenities.

Property has a perfect location... making it so convenient to walk to all downtown attractions and restaurants etc. property was clean, well stocked with linens and basic kitchen items. The bathroom shows many signs of age and use and could be off-putting to very particular folks. We totally felt at home and relaxed and loved the location

Positives: This 2 bedroom apartment is conveniently located to the docks at Crescent Harbor (5 min. walk) and to all the restaurants and shops. It was clean and outfitted with adequate kitchen hardware. Negatives: No views of the beautiful area, you'll need to get out and about to enjoy that.

We had a number of things that weren’t working when we arrived at this property. There was a Direct tv receiver but wasn’t working, the freezer sounded like an airplane or helicopter taking off. There were many lights that were out, in the bedrooms, and in the living room. The kitchen was lacking some items so we had to make do, no spices, no frying pan so we had to get creative when making food. The windows in the bedroom with the twin beds are in bad shape one opens and doesn’t close the other is missing part of the handle. Laundry is offsite and cost 2. We communicated all these things to the property management company (she was very responsive). It sounded like a lot of these things were known issues. We felt like we overpaid for what we got.

We also appreciated having a dedicated parking space. The manager was very responsive and their directions were very clear and accurate. Be aware that the washer/dryer are not free, and there was only one load's worth of detergent. But it was nice having it available. Also, being asked to strip beds, wash dishes, and pile the towels after paying $180 cleaning fee was a bit much.......But overall, it was a great experience and we would return.

We loved being able to get up in the morning and walk to one of the nearby bakery/coffee houses or just to stroll around the neighborhood or shopping area. We loved the space of this apartment and the ammenities provided were sufficient for our needs. I would highly recommend this rental as it is so convenient to all of the downtown area and nearby attractions - it's just a quick walk to the harbor area and Totem Park. There are many options for dinner nearby as well.

Had dedicated parking for vehicle. Needs some attention in these areas: tv remote broken, lights burned out, only 3 chairs at table instead of 4, bedroom doors didn't close all of the way, bed was lumpy or very soft, could have used another night stand for other side of bed. Very detailed instructions on how to get in upon arrival and what to do when leaving. Plenty of hangars. Nice to be able to make your own food. Staff was helpful before arrival.
