NEW IN 2024! Individual air conditioners for all upstairs bedrooms in addition to central air. This 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home sits ON the water with gorgeous waterfront views from every room. Drive down to all first floor living with open and large living area with gas fireplace, open to dining and new kitchen. The master suite is flanked with windows facing the bluff & private bath. The first level opens to private covered porch. Upstairs you can walk in off of lower east lake road and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms situated on 2 wings of the house. Plenty of parking. The permanent dock has a large rooftop deck-perfect for enjoying sunsets, sun bathing, and enjoying the spectacular view. There is a big grassy lakeside yard and a custom fire pit. Included at the home for your Keuka Lake enjoyment are: kayaks, life vests, paddle boards, and fishing poles. Bring your boat- you can tie it to the dock. Come enjoy all that Keuka Lake has to offer!

The house was absolutely gorgeous! It had a dream kitchen where we enjoyed cooking a nice dinner. The back deck & dock were perfect! We also had a fire in the backyard area that we all enjoyed. All of the beds were very comfortable. Every detail was covered!

This was an exceptional home that was beautifully set up for large groups. It was by far the most well equipped kitchen, and extra amenities ( toiletries)I have ever seen. The hosts also greeted us with snacks and a bottle of wine, which was very nice. The bedding and linens were wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable. The only minor issues were that it would be nice to have more than 1 hairdryer for the house, the television took a bit to figure out,and one of the cold water handles in one of the upstair bathrooms did not work. One of the bathroom showers had very low water pressure, but Stacy was quick to respond and had it fixed and working after being notified. All in all a fantastic stay, great location and beautiful sunsets and views! Thank you to our hosts!

Beautifully appointed. Every bedroom clean beautiful clean comfortable bedding, looks out on the serenity of Keuka lake. Deck and dock ,upper deck, fire pit all with plenty of seating for our group of 10. Every item you could need in the kitchen was available except salt pepper which we picked up and left for future guests. Baths spotless with plenty clean fluffy towels, even beach towels. We got in a swim in September!!!! Living room comfortable seating for all and open to kitchen. Outdoor areas fabulous. Master bedroom beyond with 2 sides of windows look out on lake from bed Easy access to so many wineries breweries Watkins Glen. Every member of our party thoroughly enjoyed it. Planning next year

Great property with many things to do for a young family (3-16 years old). We had a couple issues at the house this week and the owner resolved them within hours. Excellent customer service!

This was our third time at this home.

This home has been clean and comfortable every time we have stayed with 8 adults and three kids. Having a solid dock for our pontoon is a plus. The owners are very nice and helpful when needed. The house is well air conditioned. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. I’m sure you could have a good vacation time there.

Annual Family Girls Weekend

Family vacation

We spent a week at this wonderful property for our family vacation. It was easy to get to neighboring towns. Even though it was November the weather was perfect! Can't beat the view at the house too! It was a wonderful week. Highly suggest staying here :)

QKA Perfection

This is as near perfect a holiday stay as imaginable. The home is extremely well appointed, comfortable, and well situated for a terrific Finger Lakes vacation. The owners are most helpful and have thought of everything to make guests happy and the stay enjoyable. This is our tenth QKA stay via VRBO and ranks tops for us. Cannot wait for another stay. Absolutely Gorgeous

Beautiful lakeside home as described. The lake is just steps away from two separate outdoor gathering areas. The rain prevented up from enjoying the upper deck one evening but we all throughly enjoyed watching the thunderstorm from the safety of the covered patio. Wonderful home, picturesque views, quiet neighborhood. Our family had a fantastic time!

Lake Time

We had a wonderful time at the lake, I was sad when it ended. The house was perfect for what we needed, my teenage daughters had their own rooms to avoid fighting. I love that the master suit was on the lake level, I just had knee surgery so I was glad I didn't have to walk up and down a flight of stairs.

Comfortable place and clean

Good lake home. The owners are very nice and accommodating. This is our second year vacation week and the addition of window air conditioning for upstairs bedrooms was great. Room darkening curtains would be another great addition to the home if possible. Otherwise it is a pleasant vacation spot.

Gorgeous clean house with amenities and best location ever!

We LOVED this house!! We spent practically all of our time on the docks and swimming, using their supplied kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods and life vests. It was amazing. The house was clean and very well stocked. Also we loved the Olney right down the road. The Switz was fun as well. Would definitely stay here again!
