Small-Town Belleville Cozy Ranch 24min. to STL!

Newly renovated ranch home located in small-town Belleville, IL. Whether you are enjoying coffee on the front porch or spending the evening on the back patio, you are sure to feel at home. Guest have private use and access to the entire home. Wonderful location, minutes from downtown main-street, Skyview Drive-In movie theater, Eckerts Country Restaurant/Farm, Orchards Golf Course, Hofbräuhaus, The Weingarten and Scott AFB. 24min drive to STL & three Metro-link stations for easy city access .
The space
The living room has a large comfortable sofa where you can relax with a book or watch something on the 55inch Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, HBO Max, etc. The open concept makes for a great comfortable environment. There is also a desk/workspace if you need to get some work done.

The kitchen has tons of space and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee in the fully stocked functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the new built-in beverage center. There is seating for four at the center island, in addition to a four person seating dining table. There is also a laundry closet in dinning room w/ stackable washer/dryer.

There is 1 bathroom in the home. Features a tiled surround tub/shower combination. Check out the knotty pine ceiling in the bathroom!

The master bedroom has a queen size hybrid mattress, alarm clock, phone chargers. Dresser to store your belongings. Also an over the door hook to hang clothing. There are no TVs in the bedrooms.

The second and third bedrooms both feature a full size hybrid mattress, closet space with hangers and shelving for storage, alarm clocks, phone chargers. There are no TVs in the bedrooms.

The front porch offers a bench for morning coffee. Sliders in dinning room which leads to a patio to relax around the dinning set.
Guest access
All approved guest will have full access to the entire house minus the outside storage underneath carport and supply closet in master bedroom.
Other things to note
For security, cameras have been installed in common areas (front porch and back patio).

-Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Visiting my son

My mother and I traveled to visit my son stationed at Scott AFB. This property was quiet, comfortable, and especially clean! We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen, and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

I love this place!

I am originally from East St. Louis so when I normally visit I usually stay in Sy. Louis. This time I decided to stay in Illinois and I absolutely loved it. It felt like home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and my boys enjoyed the backyard. We will definitely stay there on our next visit!!

Home Away From Home!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and we will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. The neighborhood is nice and the home is very clean and comfortable.

Nice little home base.

We visited the property for an event in Freeburg, but spent time in St. Louis too, so this was the perfect location to head off in either direction. Very clean and comfortable for our quick little getaway.

Great, quiet, and cozy!

This was a very clean place. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful- we felt safe. Plenty of food options, and a convenient spot away from the city. The hosts were awesome, and informative! Would stay again!

Very Nice!

Only good things to say about our stay! We visited family that live in Illinois but also wanted to be close to St. Louis for activities. The location was a perfect middle ground. Beds were very comfortable, the house was kid friendly (we traveled with a 7, 5, and 1 year old), and it was a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Lovely Home

My husband, adult daughter and myself were in the St. Louis area for five days to help family move and to attend a graduation ceremony for our daughter in law. This home was perfect for our needs! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio was so peaceful for enjoying our morning coffee. I would absolutely stay here again. It felt like home!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for the holidays. The home was spacious and clean and easily fit my family of 4. The carport was an added bonus that kept us dry going to and from our car in the rain. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. While we were mainly there to visit with family in the Belleville area, St. Louis is a quick and easy drive away. We would absolutely stay in this home again!

Great house for family- close to O’Fallon sports park

Our family of 6 stayed at this house while attending a tournament at O’Fallon sports park (15 minutes away). It was a perfect location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to food, coffee, Target, and anything else we needed. The house was just as described, super cute decor and fixtures. The washer and dryer were a life saver with having to wash smelly uniforms. The hosts were very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to the area.

Excellent Stay

We visit family & friends in Belleville at least once a year. Grew up in Belleville, moved away. We have stayed at hotels during our visits, and this house was such a wonderful experience compared to hotel stays. The description is accurate. The house is in a safe quiet neighborhood, a convenient location. Very clean. We appreciated having a fully functional kitchen and laundry. The owners/managers are quick to respond to any questions. We stayed 5 days and were so happy to be there. Thank you Bernard & Brandy!

Weekend Stay

This trip was planned super last minute. We were able to book this location literally at the last minute. The property was clean and had all the accommodations that we needed. It felt like home. The rooms were large enough to accommodate my entire family. The owners are very through and respond prompt to all of my requests. The location is also a big plus’s for me!!

Awesome Experience

The house was located within a 3 to 10 minute drive from all of the places that my brother and I needed to access. It was only 25 miles from the airport and St Louis. The property was very neat, comfortable and clean and had amenities That I did not expect, like coffee, creamers, sugar, phone chargers in every bedroom, board games, shower gel, and shampoo. There was an abundance of towels and wash cloths. The owner remained in contact daily via text mesages and emails. This was my first time staying at a private home instead of in a hotel and I couldn't have had a better experience! I highly recommend this property and owner.

Overall very nice

The house was very nice very clean the only thing I did not like about being in the house there were no TVs in the bedroom I'm not used to that and the closet was locked I could not hang my clothes up, there was a close hanger type thing on the door and I didn't really like that because I like my clothes being hung and separate it. the plus part of the house at every bedside there were phone chargers for all phones and I thought that was a great Plus I was very appreciated for that.. the beds was very comfortable you felt really good in the house it really felt comfortable the kitchen was just beautiful the bathroom was gorgeous only one bathroom though it would have been nice had it been too but it was still nice. The host of the house was very nice very friendly I think everything went very smooth with them it was very nice I would definitely recommend this house if you don't mind not having TVs in the bedrooms. From 1 to 5 I would have to give it a 4.8..
