Perfect place to stay!!

Absolutely Beautiful place!! We were in town for Open Water Nationals at Nathan Benderson Park- this house was the perfect location to stay. Very private and peaceful. Would 💯% stay here again!!

Great stay!

This house had everything we needed for our stay and was easy traveling back and forth to Nathan Henderson park. Rick was very responsive to our questions during the stay. Highly recommend!

Sweet Seclusion but close to everything!

We loved our stay here! It was close to everything but you’d never know it because it was on such a quiet street. The property manager was quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Second Stay and looking forward for more

This is my second stay at this property, because the first one was perfect. The house is very spacious, the kitchen is super complete and the bedrooms are very comfortable.It is minutes away from a great shopping area and many good restaurants, as well as Nathan Benderson Park.Communication with the manager of the property was always quick. Thank you for making my stay in Sarasota great once again.

Excellent house

We loved the house and location. It was an all around 5 star place to stay. Next time I'm in the area, I will stay here if it is available. Communication was great. We could ride our bikes to Nathan Benderson Park, which was why we were in the area. Our daughter had a World Competition at the Park. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and anything you would need. The house was quiet and a nice place to relax! Thank you!

Fabulous

Well appointed clean beautiful house, so close to Nathan Benderson Park and all that UTC has to offer. Property manager was responsive and so easy to work with. All bedding and towels are clean and fresh. Kitchen appointed with all that you need. Gorgeous new washer/dryer. Top notch.

Lacrosse Tournement

We were in town for The President's Cup tournament. This house was basically in the middle of the two field locations. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. The house is beautiful and has a HUGE yard. It was very clean and bright inside. Quiet at night. Definitely a 100% positive review from me. I would go back for sure.

Perfect Sarasota home

We rented this home for a soccer tournament (family of 5). Great location. You feel in a secluded neighborhood near University Town Center. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen; even water bottles in the refrigerator. Beds and pillows were comfortable and plenty of space outdoor if the kids wanted to play. Easy 20 minute drive to the beach. Cooler and beach chairs in the garage. Don’t hesitate on renting this home.

(25 min) St Armand’s circle (30 min) Siesta Key (30 min)Lakewood Ranch (10 min) Shopping Check, Restaursnts check, UTC Check Mate !! Rick & Lauren your hosts have thought of everything… Forgot your toothbrush they have extras, Tired of rentals w cheap tissue, no towels, no washer, no dryer…, It’s all there for ur use. Think This Review is Over the top… That I’m related. Never talked to them until the day our rental started. Others will tell U it’s a very clean, spacious home with a rural 2 acre yard that is tucked away only a few blocks away from Univ Pkwy. - Well they are right ! Wonderful Property Shared by Fabulous Hosts !!

Nice home close to everything in Sarasota

Nicely renovated three bedroom property on a large lot, super convenient to UTC area in Sarasota, and a short drive to the beaches. It was perfect for us for a week, would definitely rent again. Terrific beds, linens and towels, and a well stocked kitchen--something I look for in a rental property. Great homeowner communication as well led to a great experience at the property.

Clean spot for a young family

With younger kids we wanted a clean well kept place to sleep and hang with our family during holiday break. This place was perfect for us. Fully stocked and updated clean home with easy in and out and a big yard my toddler got to run around in. And not to mention whole foods literally 2 minute drive away, target 4 minutes and endless amounts of restaurants and other shopping right around the corner. Really couldn't have found a better place, and better host to greet us with a call on the day. Great rental property.
