Lake house 30 minutes from North Conway, NH!

A perfect retreat any time of year!
SUMMER-Enjoy a quiet, shared beach just steps from the back deck, a quick trip to North Conway, or plenty of nearby hiking trails.
Fall-Beautiful views of the foliage as you kayak the peaceful lake, surrounded by mountain views.
Winter-Great for snow enthusiasts with access to ice fishing, snowmobiling and several nearby ski resorts.

For those cooler evenings, there is an outdoor heater and gas fire pit on the lower deck, or if you prefer, a traditional wood fire pit.

This year-round HOUSE has been completely renovated within the past few years and includes air conditioning. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, living room with plenty of seating to gather, full bathroom and a kitchen/dining room that leads to the 2-tiered deck.

The upstairs has 1 room with a queen bed and a semi-private room with 2 twin beads-Great for kids.

The downstairs is a comfortable area to hang with the family. It includes 2 couches, a bar, washer/dryer and full bathroom.

Great place to stay!

2nd time staying here and again a perfect place! Everything was so convenient from the directions,location for us,lockbox and everything in the house. Very roomy for more to stay than what we were. Definitely a go to spot for us !

We loved the place last year, that we asked if we could stay again. Randall was awesome and allowed us to rent his property for 9 days this summer. My kids (8 yrs, 5 yrs and almost 2 year old) love the house, and the lake is in walking distance! Randall responds quickly, but the house already includes everything you need, even a magazine about the town and nearby on what to visit, restaurants, ice cream places etc. Overall the house was clean! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house Randall!

Really enjoyed it!

We really enjoyed our stay in Brownfield. It was the perfect location between family and the wedding venue. It also had so much to do just staying there. It was a perfect home away from home and accommodated all ages from my father to my 2 year old son. Due to wind we had a power outage and Randall was so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when visiting family again!

Great stay in Brownfield

The house was perfect for our family. Everything was as detailed in the listing. We arrived and it was so clean and neat. Just 30 minutes from North Conway. The owner was very responsive to all questions and inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Family visit

Randall's house was a great, quiet place for our family to stay while visiting relatives. It was very hot during our stay in Maine and the house was nice and cool everytime we returned to it. Everything worked as it should. No issues at all. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious and peaceful

Great place to get away with enough room for people not be tripping over each other. I'm sure the water was great in the summer, we were there too late in the season.

Great Stay in Brownfield, Maine

We had a wonderful time at Randall's place up in Maine. Randall was extremely responsive to any questions and was very flexible when we asked for a small schedule change due to a family situation. The house itself was in great shape and everything worked perfectly. We used the kayaks a couple of times on the lake and got to see the loons. We would certainly recommend this property to others.

Kids didn’t want to leave…

The house is amazing and clean, and perfect location. The lake was very close and easy access for my 3 little kids (7, 4 and 1 year old). I was able to get in the water with my 1 year old without a problem. The beach was a little busy on the weekend, and much more quiet on weekdays. My 7 year old loved it, and he wanted to stay longer!!! Thank you again for letting us rent your beautiful house for the week!

Beautiful home by pond

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Plenty of space for everyone. The house was so clean and comfortable. A trail leads down to a beautiful pond that has a bench that you can enjoy coffee and say your prayers. So peaceful. Big deck out back with a fire pit. I would highly recommend this home. Randall is quick to respond to any questions you might have and gave us wonderful suggestions. Would love to come in the summer.

Excellent

We loved staying here at the lake. The owner was very reachable and quick to reply to any questions. This home was fully stocked with bathroom, kitchen, outdoor needs. It was immaculate and just like new. It is a two minute walk to the shoreline. We loved having the huge rafts and two kayaks to go out on the lake . Quiet lake and perfect get away for a peaceful vacation. You will not be disappointed. We highly recommend this stay!!! Thank you!

Great VRBO Vacation Stay!

This VRBO stay was great! We had an easy reservation of the property and had excellent communication with the owners. House was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Made good use of the kayak's on the pond, along with the life jackets and corn hole game. Be sure to bring along bug spray, as the mosquitos can be bad in late Spring. TV's in every room, board games, all kitchen amenities, towels and linens are provided, coffee maker, outside deck with chairs, tables and heating. We can recommend this as a great stay for anyone. Grocery stores not too far away and other towns for eating out. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Maine at its Best

My fiancee and I greatly enjoyed this lakeside house to visit with family. Being former residents of Maine, living on a Lake, this was like dejava all over again!!! The property was very clean and had a very inviting rear deck and firepit area which we used extensively. Plenty of room for the visiting family and an impressive gas stove to prepare some great meals !!! Being right on the main road can have some traffic noise issues and the washer / dryer was not operating properly, but otherwise would definitely be returning for the next family visit !!! ps.. will need some lobster cracking utensils to properly enjoy the best of the maine culinary line up.. Lobstah!!! Great Stay Overall Thanks Randy J & B

Perfect getaway

House was very nice and everything was relatively new. 2 familes of 3 and there was plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable.The beach area was nice, sandy bottom for the most part and the water was clear. Both kids (ages 6 and 11) had a blast. While it is technically a shared beach with other camps (not public) we used it 5 days out of 7 and nobody else was ever there, which can of course vary I'm sure. Regardless you can see the beach from the deck and we were comfortable leaving our towels, chairs and floats at the beach while we returned to camp for a snack or lunch. We used the kayaks a lot and saw many turtles on the little floats many camps have, loons, and even a bald eagle. Communication with the owner was great, there was a small issue with an appliance he let us know about, and he checked in with us during our stay which was nice.
