Welcome to our Modern Garden-Level Apartment by New York Presbyterian Hospital, Queens. Offering a family-friendly environment with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Complete with access to a gated outdoor kitchen patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining. The building also features a fenced front-yard with outdoor seating and a fire-pit. The guest home is ideal for 3-4 persons and can accommodate up to 7 people.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM:
- The master bedroom features a Queen-size memory foam bed
- The second bedroom has a stacked double-platform twin-size memory foam bed (can be unstacked and utilized as 2 single beds), a study table and a chair.
- The third bedroom features a full-size memory foam bed.
- The open-concept living room can also function as a fourth bedroom with the addition of a privacy curtain, and a comfortable memory foam twin day-bed.
- The bathroom is equipped with a smart bidet toilet and a stand-in shower
