Long Beach Island, Jersey Shore Beach Home with Heated Pool and Hot Tub!
Our Beach House has over 2100 square feet for family and friends to spread out. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 11 comfortably. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 twin over full bunk and 2 twins beds. The Kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and there is a second fridge in the garage. Tons of space outdoors too with outside shower, heated in-ground saltwater pool and a 7 person hot tub. 72 inch Roku TV with Internet/WiFi. Central Air-conditioning, beach toys, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart. Close to all major attractions and restaurants. The first floor has the living/dining area, kitchen and two bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There are also two full bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms; one with a twin over full and twin and the other bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The second floor also has a full bathroom. The house is ideally located within a short walk to the Ship Bottom bay beach and a few minutes walk to the ocean. Also easy on/off island access to major shopping without having to deal with seasonal traffic.
There is a deck off the back of the house with a patio area, gas grill, pool and seven person hot tub to relax after a day at the beach. There are multiple parks, basketball courts, etc. within walking distance. 5 beach passes included.
****Please note - Linens are not included. You need to bring your own sheets. We do not supply beach towels. We do supply pillows and blankets.****

I grew up spending summer vacations on this island. Once I had my own family, we continued the tradition every summer. We love this unique, family friendly place and we have created so many memories here.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
This vacation home is located half a block from the municipal boat ramp where you can place your boat, wave runner, or kayak directly in the bay. There are weekly concerts at the bay park as well. There is also a playground and walking/biking paths. One block away is the bay beach with parking, bathrooms, outdoor shower, lifeguard, handicapped accessible water access and gazebo. The ocean is just a few blocks away.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Closely located to the bridge which greatly cuts down on the traffic trying to get on or off island. Close access to those essential places like Shop Rite, Costco where you can stock up and not pay island prices. Very quiet section of the island as we are not located on the main drag but still walking distance to the beach and bay.
