Several “on the water” restaurants within a few minutes drive. Huge circle drive for boats and extra parking. Bring your boat and go boating or fishing. Well known Lake for Small mouth bass as well as Largemouth bass, stripe and crappie. Come stay and make it a tradition!

Guys week long golf trip

We all enjoy staying at the house for a week. The house was clean and spacious. The property manager was very responsive if you had any questions before and during the stay.We look forward to booking another stay in the future.

Perfect getaway weekend!

This place was perfect for the 6 adults in our family. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful. The place had everything we needed and was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. (Better than my sheets at home) We have already said we want to come back and take advantage of some of the amenities we didn’t have time for on this trip. (Cornhole, practice our putting, walk on the beautiful paved hiking trail right out the front door. We all left relaxed and refreshed.

Worth a Look

Quiet is the word that comes to mind. The house had a great layout and was in a very quiet location, yet just a few minutes drive into Winchester and not much further to Lynchburg. Josh, the owner, was quick to answer any questions. Would stay here again for sure!

The home was just what we needed for a family gathering.

The check-in process was great with the coded door locks. The property design was great for adults and children. The separate televisions allowed for different sports events at one time. The kitchen space was adequate, and having three full baths was a great asset. I would have liked to have a television in the Master Bedroom. The overal experience of the home was Awesome. I loved the ability to raise the inside garage door and the concrete flooring.

Amazing house perfect for a weekend getaway or longer!!

My boyfriend and I rented this house for the weekend as our Christmas present to each other. It was such a fun house to enjoy together. We got to play corn hole in the garage and watch football on the two TV’s in the garage. The kitchen area was amazing for all the snacking we did while watching football. At night the fireplace in the living room was perfect to cozy up to. We also did a day trip into Lynchburg to tour the Jack Daniels distillery and we had time to walk around the town before our tour. We fell in love with the cozy little town. We walked through the shops, did a wine tasting, and ate at an amazing little BBQ place. For such a small town they really have so much to offer! We also walked around Tim’s Ford State park for a little. The views are breathtaking and would love to go back when it is warmer to enjoy some hiking trails. Highly recommend this house to anyone needing a good getaway with family, friends, or just you and your significant other.

We really enjoyed our stay and had no problems

I'm very impressed by this house . If you like to lay in bed and watch TV as I do there are no TV's in the bedrooms but if you like me I don't travel without my tablet so I was able to do it on there . But I will reserve again

Perfect location

Great location very nice house Never got a code to get in or lock up it was just unlocked Wasn’t sure what to do at checkout so just left unlocked like I found it had no instructions for trash etc. would definitely stay there again.
