Evenings slow down easily here - the yard grows quiet, the fire pit becomes a natural gathering spot, and the glow from the game room draws everyone together. With space to spread out indoors and acres to roam outside, the pace is relaxed and unhurried.

Henry’s Hideaway is a single-level home set on 1.5 fully fenced acres, offering room for up to nine guests across three bedrooms and two baths. The setting feels private and open, with pool views from the lanai and a layout designed for time spent together as well as quiet corners to retreat to.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate a variety of group setups, with two king beds and three twin beds. A queen pull-out sofa in the detached game room provides additional sleeping space. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening blinds are provided to keep nights comfortable.

Indoor living
Inside, the open living area is centered around high ceilings, comfortable seating, and a 65 inch HDTV for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, with ceiling fans and portable fans available as needed. Families will appreciate the children’s playroom filled with toys, books, and games, while an indoor fireplace adds a cozy option for cooler evenings.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is ready for everyday meals and longer stays, with full-size appliances and ample counter space. Coffee is easy in the mornings, and shared meals tend to gather naturally around the dining table or out on the screened lanai. Laundry is available on site, making it simple to settle in for a while.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with grassy open space and seating areas that invite lingering conversations. The private outdoor pool is available all year and open 24 hours, offering a refreshing dip even on mild winter afternoons. A fire pit, gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and furnished patio create multiple ways to enjoy the property throughout the day.

Game room and entertainment
Just steps from the main house, the detached, climate-controlled game room adds another layer of fun. Inside you’ll find a pool table, arcade games, a game console, life size games, a mini fridge, and a 55 inch Smart TV - an easy place for friendly competition or winding down at night.

Henry’s Hideaway is pet-friendly and well suited for families, with a crib, pack ’n play, and standalone high chair available upon request. Baby safety gates, outlet covers, and children’s dinnerware are provided. WiFi, a dedicated workspace, smart-lock self check-in, and a two-car garage with additional parking help make daily logistics simple. We do not put a limit on the number of dogs people can have…We state 2 but are open to more depending on breed (training).
