Great location nearby Broadway with onsite parking and a lovely little private patio. There is a step when entering/exiting the bedroom that can be extremely dangerous even when using precaution. The bedroom light will not turn on without ceiling fan running because the pull cord is missing from the fan. The couch leans forward and is not conducive for sitting on so there is nowhere to sit and watch TV, if you can figure out how to work the TV because there are no written instructions. The kitchen is very small and minimally equipped and does not have a toaster; and does not have an exhaust fan and/or access to opening the window. The hosts are aware that the dishwasher does not work; however, there is no note to advise you of same. There are no kitchen dish cloths, towels or dish rack provided to hand wash dirty dishes. There is minimal bed linen so if you plan on using the pull-out couch bring your own comforter. There are insufficient bath towels and wash clothes; for example, we had a party of 4 adults and were provided 3 of each for a 4 night stay. Due to the overall lack of linen, we had to go to Walmart and purchase our own. After a couple days, their cleaning lady did drop off an additional one bath and one hand towel. You cannot lock the door from the inside because the sliding lock has been installed crooked. This is a converted basement and we had one night when people upstairs were partying and stomping around until 3:00AM.
