Thanks to its location, Villa Stella offers an ideal starting point for exploring the sights and natural beauty of this region. Our guests can reach Medulin (sandy beach, entertainment, dining options, shops, etc.), Pomer (restaurants with excellent cuisine, beaches, marina, etc.), and Premantura (Kamenjak Nature Park with beautiful beaches, open and clear sea, and beach bars) in just a few minutes. The proximity of the highway and local roads allows for quick access to Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Brijuni National Park, and Central Istria.

The special features of our region are the wine and olive oil routes. There's a farm nearby, where you can enjoy local fruits and vegetables. Our fishermen provide you with fresh fish daily, and you can enjoy local dishes during visits to agritourism farms.

Cycling trails right by the house, quad biking, windsurfing, and horseback riding make your stay in nature adventurous.

Don't miss visiting our phenomena, fortresses, and quarries. We definitely recommend the amphitheater, the Roman Cave, and also the Stoja Fortress, which overlooks the Bay of Pula and Italy. A visit to the Pula Tunnels, the castle, and the Archaeological Museum is definitely worth it.

A popular spot for golfers is Brijuni National Park, which can be reached by boat from the small fishing village of Fažana. On the second floor, you will find the special feature of Villa Stella – a 70 m² penthouse apartment with a large covered terrace, kitchen and living room, bedroom with bathroom, sauna with additional bathroom, hot tub on the terrace, and furniture. The terrace offers a wonderful unobstructed view of the sea, olive trees, and nature.
In our penthouse, we have a unique sauna offering for our guests who want to experience traditional methods of relaxation and detoxification. In a Finnish sauna, you can relax in a dry, hot atmosphere while your body is cleansed and refreshed, while an infrared sauna uses infrared rays that penetrate directly into the body and is ideal for those who cannot tolerate high temperatures. There is also a whirlpool where you can enjoy a body massage while enjoying the view of the sea and nature, listening to the chirping of birds and crickets, waiting for the sunset, and then taking a shower with cold and warm water, which enhances the relaxation.
