Un hermoso apartamento en el centro del antiguo Colmar, con vistas a la colegiata de San Martín. 2 dormitorios (espalda), cada uno con baño (y aseo). Estacionamiento asegurado a 300 metros de distancia, pero en un estacionamiento subterráneo privado.
El apartamento está situado en el centro histórico de la ciudad vieja de Colmar. Está ubicado en la parte posterior de la iglesia colegial, y bordea el arroyo "puerro" con flores. La mayoría de los museos (Unterlinden, Issenheim Altar, Bartholdi, juguetes, etc.) se encuentran a 10 minutos a pie.
Dos dormitorios y dos baños, ideal para 2 parejas! La cocina tiene un lavaplatos, una lavadora y una secadora, ¡y varios electrodomésticos pequeños para preparar deliciosas comidas por la noche! Tome las ofertas de menú barato al mediodía, los restaurantes ofrecen en la noche en su mayoría "a la carta" y son en consecuencia más caros ...
El apartamento está disponible por la tarde hasta tarde en la noche. La entrada al edificio y al apartamento se realiza a través de un código, el número (para el edificio y el apartamento) se le enviará por correo electrónico antes de la llegada.
Estamos encantados de ayudarle por correo electrónico, Skype o por teléfono para cualquier pregunta relacionada con su estancia en Colmar. Si es necesario, también venimos al sitio para asegurarnos de que se sienta cómodo.

Enjoyed a wonderful time in a great location!

Last summer 6 of us stayed here for three weeks. Everything was so convenient. The owners were so accommodating. We especially enjoyed the keyless door entry so we did not have to sit around and wait for each other.

Location Location Location!

This apartment is in the heart of Old Town Colmar. The accommodations are simple, yet have everything you could possibly need for your stay including a washer and dryer. We were able to walk everywhere. I recommend going to the tourist office upon arrival and getting a walking tour map. . The tour outlined is easy to follow and will take you to all the important sights. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store near by as well. We did bring a car, but do not recommend it. The parking structure is near by, a 10 minute walk if you know where you are going. There are detailed driving instructions to the parking structure in the apartment. It is the walking to and from the parking structure that we found difficult. Could be our lack of understanding French street signs (or lack there of). The owner Pierre is easy to reach via telephone or email.

A town center gem.

Perfect situation in middle of old town. One of the bedrooms is on the small side (the one that is not shown on the web site) and a door on the shower room /toilet would be nice. Apart from that the apartment is spotlessly clean and there is everything you need for a short break. The owners are really helpful and easily contacted. The private parking is a real asset. Overall a very enjoyable stay and well worth the money.

Fantastic location, easy check in & check out

Wonderful clean, quaint, historic apartment in an absolutely perfect location in Colmar next to St. Martin, perfect for a family of 4 or 5 -- as long as one of those family members isn't over 6 feet tall (because of the footboards on the beds in both rooms, my 6'4" husband had to sleep out on the futon in the living room). Owners were extremely communicative and check in and check out were easy -- though the instructions on getting to the dedicated parking spot were a bit confusing, which is a very minor issue. My kids loved the kitchen and being able to do the codes for the doors themselves without worrying about a key. Only other things that folks should be aware of, but would not prevent us from staying here again: -bathroom in the "master" is extremely small (but perfectly functional). The toilet and bathroom in the hall are larger. -we never could get the WiFi to work even following the laminated instructions, which was a slight complaint, particularly from my 11 year old -it is up 2 pretty steep flights of stairs, so probably not suitable for mobility-challenged or older folks -church bells start at 5 or 6 am, so if you are a light sleeper and that might bother you, be aware of that. We managed and actually enjoyed the proximity of the church.

Great location and darling place. Very responsive hosts. Perfect setting in Colmar and great kitchen se up. The beds were not king as stated and were not terribly comfortable (creaky). We also had a problem with the internet when we were there and the host was very responsive!

Great Stay, Great Location

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The location can't be beat. Right next to the Cathedral in the heart of the historic part of town with lots of shops and restaurants all around. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Pierre, the owner, was very accessible and provided excellent instructions on how to access the apartment and where to park the car. I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed in this property with my husband and 94 year-old father-in-law. It was comfortable for all of us, and we appreciated that there were two full bathrooms. It was extremely hot in Colmar when we stayed, but fans were provided in each room. If we knew there were three properties available in the building, we would have requested the property on the first rather than second floor; it would have been easier for my father-in-law to handle the stairs.

sejour 4 nuits 4 adultes .appartement très bien situé,très bien équipé propre et bien agencé au regard des impératifs du bâtiment.Le centre ville est magnifique et se fait à pieds,De nombreux restaurants et magasins sont à proximité immédiate.Le parking est à à peine 10 minutes à pieds (l'entrée n'est pas simple à trouver la première fois malgré le plan fourni).2 points à signaler:le canapé lit dont le confort n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation globale et le bruit de la ventilation du restaurant voisin qui s’arrête à 22h mais gênant pour les couche tôt.Ces 2 points restent anecdotiques et l'appartement a participé à la réalisation d'un très bon séjour au sein d'une très belle région.Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Brilliantly situated apartment

The apartment is situated in the bustling centre of Colmar, overlooking the church and a square. There is a very handy small supermarket nearby. The apartment is ideal for 2 or 4 people( we were only 2) and is very well equipped and simply furnished. It would be a good idea to have a folder with instructions of how to use the TV and the hob and the oven. The owner reacted promptly after I left a message to say we did not have any towels. The walk to the garage is a nice stroll and the keyless entrance code is a good idea. We made some lovely trips out into the vineyards and the attractive villages. We would certainly recommend people to stay here if they want to visit the Alsace. There are many good restaurants and cafe's in the immediate area."

Tolles, modernes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung geht über zwei Etagen, ist sehr modern und großzügig geschnitten, hat Fliesenboden (der nicht ganz so sauber war) und liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Altbaus mitten in der Stadt. Mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern ist sie ideal z.B. für zwei Paare, wie wir es waren (+ 2 kleinen Kindern). An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, z.B. war die Küche ausreichend bestückt, auch Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner gab es. Babyhochstuhl, Babybett, Baby-Badewanne, Wickelmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden, was für uns wichtig war. Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Tiefgaragenplatz gleich um die Ecke. Die Angaben entsprachen der Beschreibung im Online-Inserat. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Die zentrale Lage erlaubte uns mit Babyphons ausgerüstet, mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe der Fewo zu besuchen. Dadurch dass wir am heißen Pfingstwochenende in Colmar waren, hatten wir allerdings das Problem, dass es in der Wohnung z.T. bis zu 30°C heiß war, und eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht (wegen des Denkmalschutzes), aber Standventilatoren. Durch die zentrale Lage war es nachts und morgens sehr laut, wenn die Fenster geöffnet waren (bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörte man fast nichts von den Stadt- und Straßengeräuschen). Aber das war eben Pech. Ich würde die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Wenn man zentral wohnen und das Auto stehen lassen möchte, ist sie ideal. Mit dem Auto kann man in ca. 10 Min. auch einen Baggersee mit Strand und großen Rasenflächen erreichen (aber wenig Schatten, Sonnenschirm mitbringen).

Couldn't have been better!

My son and I were enchanted by the apartment and its amenities. It was a perfect place for our very first (but not last)visit to Colmar. We both loved hearing the bells at night, often going outside to walk the lovely streets and listen to the bells. The area is filled with wonderful restaurants and very easy to navigate. Having private parking is definitely a plus.

superbe séjour

Nous avions pris cette location pour une semaine. Nous sommes une famille de 6 personnes dont 4 adolescents. Location très bien située avec tout le nécessaire. Correspondait parfaitement à la description. La deuxième salle de bain se trouvant dans la chambre est petite et un rideau ne permet pas d'avoir une intimité mais nous n'avons utilisé que la grande salle de bain. Nous avons dû déplacer le coffre de la salle à manger pour faciliter le couchage le soir et afin d'avoir plus d'espace. Nous recommandons cette location pour 4 personnes ou 6 personnes mais avec enfants en bas âge.

Wer Stadtleben sucht, ist hier richtig.

Wir waren Ende Mai 2011 für eine Woche in der Gite de lauch (2. Stock) Wenn man etwas Mitten in der sehr malerischen Stadt Colmar sucht, sich nicht an das stündliche Glockengeläut (auch Nachts) und der brummenden Klimaanlage anderer Häuser auf den Hof zum Schlafzimmer stört, ist das sicherlich ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es gibt eine relative steile Treppen, die mit einer Behinderung nur schwer zu bewältigen wäre. Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht, ist sauper und ordentlich. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, das die Betten wirklich nur 140 x 190 cm groß sind. Also für Gäste die über 1,80 m sind, kann das problematisch sein. Mein Mann ist größer und das war alles ganz schön eng. Einkaufmöglichkeiten alles fußläufig erreichbar, das Parkhaus ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und total unübersichlich, leider auch ein Stück weg. Die Fußgängerzone ist vis a vis und läd zum shoppen ein. Für uns war das alles nicht so unser Fall, aber ich denke das man dort einen schönen Aufenthalt haben könnte.

2 Paare Ü 50 - Herbsturlaub im Elsass

Alles super. Eine gemütliche,geschmackvolle, komplett ausgestattete, saubere Ferienwohnung, für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage kann man auch sehr vieles ohne Auto unternehmen. Wir haben allerdings auch nicht die absolute Ruhe gesucht. Für gehbehinderte Personen ist die Wohnung durch die Lage im zweiten Stock und eine ziemlich steile Treppe nicht zu empfehlen. Colmar und Umgebung sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
