VILLA FELICE appears as a gem set in an even bigger jewel, here the true queen is the mountain with its forest. Protagonists are the woods, gardens and the crystalline mirror of the swimming pool which offers convivial but also relaxing areas inspired by psychophysical wellbeing. As soon as you arrive you will leave the woods behind and your gaze will appreciate a luminous expanse of green flowered meadows and a spectacular opening onto the plain.
Philadelphus, Viburnum, English roses and old roses, columbine, Paeonie along paths that stimulate the senses and continue inside the woods.
For guests there is also a garden dedicated to the production of vegetables for the table, capable of giving the garden that aspect, now indissoluble, of attention to biodiversity and care for nutrition.
On summer evenings we recommend a walk to our field, behind VILLA FELICE, to admire the blazing sunsets behind the Monviso and enjoy the intoxicating scent that releases the organic chamomile grown by Tisane Valverbe.

VILLA FELICE is part of the "Santa Cristina" estate at 900 meters above sea level, which has only three houses, on a ridge with a breathtaking view of the plains and alpine ranges.
The town of Santa Cristina where you will stay is:
- stopping place every year of the 100 Miglia Monviso,
- inserted in the routes of VELOVISO bike excursion tours,
- placed at stage N • 1. of the VVT VALLE VARAITA TREKKING
- starting point of MTB / DOWNHILL routes with shuttle service

You can decide to enjoy all the relaxation and tranquility of a holiday immersed in nature by taking advantage of the swimming pool, the Spa, the paths, the fragrant and colorful paths, without leaving the estate!
MTB and trail running enthusiasts have at their disposal a range of paths and itineraries that branch off in every direction: you will be spoiled for choice!
For more challenging excursions, the high mountains can be reached in a few minutes, with alpine proposals of all levels of difficulty.
Simple and picturesque walks toward giant benches, paths animated by the 'Sarvanot', adventure paths and the unforgettable scent of Alevè: one of the oldest cembrete forests in Europe, Mab UNESCO.

KEYS DELIVERY When handing you the keys, it will be our pleasure to show you Casa Dionisia and the shared areas, as well as providing you with all the information you need to ensure you a pleasant stay. Guests are invited to supervise their objects as the owners are not responsible for their custody. In case of loss of keys is a penalty of 30 €. Please make sure that the front door of the structure is firmly closed both incoming and outgoing.

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS Upon arrival, each guest, including minors, will have to present a valid identity document (no photocopies), for law enforcement by the Public Security Authority.
WITHOUT VALID DOCUMENTS, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT YOUR OVERNIGHT STAY REQUEST.

ROOM CLEANING SERVICE The care of the house a is the responsibility of our guests during their stay.
CHANGE BED LINEN AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED
FIRES, CANDLES, INCENSE It is strictly forbidden to light fires, candles or incense inside and outside the house.
PARKING We offer free parking inside our property, in front of the house entrance.
SMOKING Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house and in the shared areas (Pool, SPA).
PETS We love animals, however we are not equipped to accommodate them in our facility.
PARTIES AND EVENTS It is not allowed to organize parties or events in the facility.
SILENCE Total silence must be observed from 22.00 to 8.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00. In any case, a behavior must be maintained that in any moment of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.
