This very spacious apartment is spread over 170 sqm and has capacity for 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, and is located on the 47th floor of Marina Heights Tower in Dubai Marina.
The living room is simply gorgeous and elegant! It features a super-sized L-shaped beige sofa, and a matching armchair. A chic carpet, a coffee table, a TV, as well as wall arts and decorations are all in the room as well.
The room is naturally well-lit, as it boasts extensive glass doors giving access to a balcony with a table and two chairs, overlooking amazing city views from the top of the 47th floor.

Next to the living room is a big dining room with a large table and eight wooden chairs. The room includes extensive decor items, welcome counter, and wall arts.
The kitchen at the apartment is spacious, and boasts beautiful wooden cabinets and countertops. The kitchen includes all equipment you might need during your stay: cooking basics, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, freezer, stove, complimentary tea and coffee, blender, refrigerator, juicer, refrigerator, wine glasses, trash cans, and dishes and silverware. A table with four chairs are also available in the kitchen.
The first bedroom is charming! It includes a white king-size bed, white furniture like night tables with lamps, chest of drawers with a mirror, TV, armchair, as well as wardrobe with hangers. The bathroom connected to this bedroom has a bathtub, a toilet, a bidet, and a washbasin with a mirror.
The second bedroom comes with a second king-size bed, night table with lamp, an armchair, a chest of drawers with a mirror, and wardrobe. The bathroom next to this room has a bathtub, a washbasin, and a toilet.

The third bathroom includes two single pull-out beds, for 4 guests, and is beautifully furnished with yellow bed covers, cushions, and curtains. The room also includes an armchair, a chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
The apartment has two more bathrooms, one includes a bathtub, and the other has a toilet and a washbasin. Toiletries such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, and essentials like soap, toilet paper, and towels are provided.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
