This attractive and eye-catching, 2 bedroom/2 bath Vista Verde North condo offers private bedroom/bathroom suites. The condo boasts a spacious, open floor plan completed by vaulted ceilings. Tons of other updates include ~wood flooring throughout, a fabulous kitchen with newer appliances and convenient breakfast bar; comfy, leather sectional/chaise combo; new bedroom suites, updated baths and tropical, Florida decor. Flat screen TVs, wireless internet service and more round out the amenities in this welcoming condo. As you walk, jog or bike Isla's quaint Spanish named streets you're sure to see Florida's shorebirds resting and feeding in and around our island lakes and lush tropical gardens. After a full day of sight-seeing or theme park adventures, drink in the peacefulness of the island on the balcony. We bought last year, refreshend the unit and ready to offer to public. All new bedding, towels and kitchen gear. Only 2 reviews because its all new.

Excellent stay

The property is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and decor. The ambiance feels like you're on vacation with great golf course views. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Place/Responsive Owner

We enjoyed vacation here very much. Property is updated and clean. The owner answered all of our questions very quickly and was very helpful. The pool area is also very nice. Would stay again, 10/10

Beach paradise

Beautiful property and home; felt like home away from home. Close to everything: Fort de Soto beaches, St Pete, Passé a Grille, Madeira and Treasure Island… kayaking and dolphin cruises… Tampa and it’s entertaining possibilities.

Best EVER

This property was absolutely PERFECT! From check in to check out. Fully stocked with everything you need and EXTREMELY CLEAN. We travel alot on vacation and for sports and this is BY FAR the best place we have stayed. Beautiful location convenient to the beach. Will definitely be staying again.

Perfect location

Extremely clean, well decorated and had everything you need in the kitchen as well as the rooms. The place is more beautiful in person and definitely the most comfortable beds that I’ve ever slept on for vacation. 5 mins from the beach, 15 minutes to downtown Saint Pete! The drive to and from is so simple. Jim made sure we had all the information we needed the night prior as well. This place is a GEM.

Short vacation

Spent 4 days at the condo. Everything was great just as described. Everything very clean. Area great. Neighbors great. Couldn’t find my phone and one went out of his way to keep calling mine until we found it. Would definitely stay here again

Loved the property but disappointed that we couldn’t golf there. It was still fun to watch the golfers on the 12 th hole. Kitchen could use a little love. We like to cook rather than go out.

We had a wonderful time, home away from home. Clean and perfect. The check in process was easy absolutely no problem. Owner was easy to reach and answered my questions. The unit was well equipped for entertainment, linens, towels and the kitchen also a pleasure to use. We had friends stay, 1 week, and they also couldn't get over what a truly great place, Unit and property. This was above our expectations and we could not of had a better time. Looking forward to when we ca get away again.

Beautiful and spotless oasis

This home is even more beautiful than the photos. Very spacious, comfortable and private. Everything is thoughtfully laid out, with many welcoming touches. Also, this home was immaculate, but not pretentious. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the furniture, water pressure was great and everything worked. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the golf course. This condo is convenient to everywhere- St. Pete Beach, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, but also very peaceful. The owners are great and very responsive, though we had a no problems. We would have loved to stay longer and absolutely will if we return to the area.

Summer Stay

Had a great stay with our family (including 2 kids under 4 years old). Property is very clean and spacious. Two large bedrooms with walk in closets was a plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with all needed equipment, dishes, and supplies. Condo is in a quiet golf community near many St. Pete Beach public access points. The unit is very close to the assigned reserved parking spot. Large community pool is about 50 yards from unit. Owner provided all needed information before arrival and is easily accessible via cell or text. Would stay in this property again. This condo does not disappoint.

Exactly What We Needed

We enjoyed our stay at this property for many reasons: 1. Communication with the host was easy. He responded to our inquiries quickly and was very accommodating. He even offered to let us check in earlier in the day since the cleaning crew had finished early. Although we couldn't take him up on that offer, we appreciated it. 2. The condo was clean and comfortable. The furnishings, towels, and kitchenware are all new and barely used. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There were little "extras" that this condo had that others may not: hand soap at all sinks, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap to name a few. 3. We love the location of this condo on the property. The balcony faces the golf course. It is very quiet and we enjoyed watching the golfers. 4. The location is convenient to Pass-a Grill, St. Pete Beach, and Fort DeSoto Park. (We recommend Ft. De Soto...$5 to park for the entire day and lots of manatee sightings!) We highly recommend this condo and we will definitely stay with this host again! Thank you James!

To start the host apologized for not responding to my problems with the condo, he had personal issues to deal with. OK, stuff happen. Some of these defective items didn't just happen. OK Here's my list1. Diswasher didn't work, so I had to buy a dish rack and misc.to do dishes.I sent the owner a picture of what I bought with the receipt, no response.2. 2nd bath shower door is broken and the shower head has a terrible sediment build up.3. Ice maker had a note on it " sorry out of order"4. Range vent hood lights are out.5. Frying pans need replaced. Some utensils were dirty.

Super Unterkunft

Jim war sehr nett. Zu Beginn brauchten wir etwas Zeit, um das Apartment zu finden. Ein Nachbar hat uns bei der Suche geholfen. Ansonsten ist es wirklich eine super Location. Der wunderschöne Strand St. Pete ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und es ist eine sichere Umgebung. Immer wieder gerne. Würden wieder buchen. Liebe Grüße

My wife and I have been looking to purchase a condo in the St. Pete area. She grew up in Clearwater/Seminole and really wants to spend more time with her Florida family and freinds. We live in Rhode Island so it gives us a reason to head down more often. We are hoping to enjoy this unit when we retire.

We chose this property because it is in a great location. Very close to the beach. 1.4 miles (just over the causeway). Great pool and hot tub. We updated everything that we would want to be updated: towels, blankets, mattresses, cooking utensils, SMART TV as well as some significant long-term improvements: wall-to-wall hardwood flooring, some new appliances, artwork, and an air conditioning unit. It is very nice, neat, and ready to enjoy.
