Welcome to Lake Ann Lodge, owner-hosted by Adventure North Vacation Rentals. A spacious 8-bedroom retreat just 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City, and one of the only fully wheelchair-accessible group lodges in Northern Michigan. With step-free entrances, wide doorways, and roll-in showers, every guest can relax and enjoy the experience together.



⚠️ QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: Lake Ann Lodge is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Outdoor quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM–8AM; pool hours are 8AM–10PM. No outdoor amplified music or portable/Bluetooth speakers are permitted at any time. Please keep outdoor voices and activity respectful so noise does not carry to neighboring homes, yards or the street.

• 🚿 With 3 bathrooms, larger adult groups do best with staggered shower schedules

• 🧒 One bedroom is kid-themed; adults using that room should be comfortable with playful décor

• 🕒 Early check-in / late check-out:

– Not available on same-day turnovers. subject to cleaning/maintenance schedules.

Fee Required:

– Up to 2 hours early/late → $100

– 3–4 hours early/late → $200

– Must be approved in advance (ideally 48 hours).

• 🛠️ Guest-caused damage: Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damage during their stay. For high-value amenities (wall-mounted TVs, and fixtures), professional repair or installation may be required.

• 🧾 Primary renter must be 25+; photo ID may be required

• 📘 Full house rules provided in the rental agreement

• 🦟 Northern Michigan Tip: We regularly treat the property to help reduce mosquitoes and other seasonal insects. Like most wooded and lakeside areas throughout Northern Michigan, mosquito activity is naturally highest around dusk, especially during warm summer months. While treatments significantly reduce activity, we recommend bringing your favorite insect repellent if you plan to enjoy the backyard during the evening "mosquito hour."
