The Cabana is a private cottage with more amenities than a 5 star hotel! Enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa and a custom pool table just to name a few. A one bedroom, one bath private guesthouse with a fully stocked kitchen decorated in chic brown and blue. Inside the entertainment begins with a custom made pool table, large screen TV, DVD/VCR player, movies and games. Wireless internet. A wall of French doors leads to your own private oasis. A relaxing hot tub waterfalls into a cool sparkling swimming pool. Outdoor charcoal grill and patio dining is perfect for your outdoor enjoyment. You can enjoy birds, squirrels, and an abundance of deer that meander onto the 3 acres. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and escape to the Cabana Guesthouse where you can lose yourself in the serenity of the surroundings with 100 year old oak trees. Need to bring your pet?: The Cabana guesthouse is a pet friendly property! Weight limit is 30 pounds. Over 30 pounds is an additional charge with owner approval. The Cabana is centrally located which is great for day trips. Only about 45 minutes to San Marcos for Outlet shopping or New Braunfels for a waterpark. One hour from Austin, San Antonio or Victoria and 2 hours from Houston. Great location for day trips if you are traveling from out of state or out of the country and want to explore!

This was a wonderful place... Awesome ... from the moment we walk in... was my girlfriends 50th birthday... Fire pit,pool,hot tub and a beautifully pool area... Inside everything perfect.. A personal message bottle of wine,snacks and anything you may have forgot,they have it covered... plus pool table,darts and cool books to learn about the area... lots of history everywhere you look... i rate it a 10... Will be back.

My husband and I spent 1 night there to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The property including the hot tub was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked and small details including a bottle of wine that were left for us to celebrate our anniversary was so thoughtful. I have already shared the info with good friends. We will definitely be back.

We came to Gonzales for a quick getaway before the school year started. My husband, two kids, and I had a WONDERFUL time! We literally only left the Cabana once to get dinner in the 3 days we were there. There was a pool table, dart board, board games, cards, and the TV had Directv service! The pool was amazing! It had a basketball goal and pool floaties. We absolutely loved all of the little touches that made our stay so great! We will definitely be back! Thank you Natalie and Trevor for an amazing stay!!

Lovely getaway

Really beautiful property, thoughtfully appointed. In a quiet neighborhood, close to points of interest in town. But once settled in, we felt like we were far away from the outside world. Beautiful grounds, good service.

Peaceful Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—maybe even better. The highlight for us was definitely the pool, which was sparkling clean and the perfect way to relax and cool off each day.As pet owners, we especially appreciated how welcoming the space was for our dog. The yard was secure and spacious enough for a few good play sessions, and it was such a relief not to worry about finding pet-friendly accommodations.The host was communicative, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and all the little touches—from fresh towels to local recommendations—made a big difference.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly escape with a great pool!

Great Mini Vacay at the Cabana!

We had a great mini vacay at the Cabana! Natalie is a gracious host; she is always available via phone or text to answer any questions. The Cabana has all of the comforts of home, and then some. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, and ample snacks upon arrival. The grounds are gorgeous, with enormous beautiful oak trees, flowers and greenery in abundance. We had our own private oasis out at the immaculate pool and spa! Also enjoyed hanging out on the covered back patio overlooking the pool. Thanks very much, Natalie!!! We will definitely return to this gem in the quaint and interesting town of Gonzales.

Simply amazing

Though extremely short, our stay was perfect. We signed up for the 2025 Texas Independence Relay and needed a place to stay the night before the start. We were lucky to find this little gem not far away from the heart of the event. Beautiful property, thoughtfully decorated, spacious but cozy, and an incredible outdoor area with hot tub and pool! We got some much needed rest after a long and busy day and the hot tub was just what we needed to have a restful night’s sleep. Host was very attentive and left us some great treats as a welcoming gift. One of my best experiences in booking and renting short-stay properties. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if we come back to Gonzales next year! Thank you!
