North Shore Garden Hideaway Apartment, No Steps

This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment on a large gated lot in a very secluded neighborhood on the North Shore. The property is located on a hillside above the ocean, (it is not beach front). It is a 3 minute drive from the property to the famous world class beaches and surfing of the North Shore. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and large bathroom with washer and dryer. Plenty of safe parking on the property. It is a downstairs apartment and the owner lives upstairs. The apartment has no stairs for a easy entry.


The apartment is the bottom unit of our home. Separate entrances and parking from owners. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with full laundry. First bedroom has queen size bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen has everything to make you feel like home. Full size oven and fridge. Toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee pot etc. The bathroom has a toilet room and walk-in shower, vanity, full size washer and dryer. The apartment also has air conditioning to keep you comfortable.

We have lived on the property for over 35 years and are responsible adults in our 50's. We also like to have fun, on the weekends we may friends over for dinner parties and sometimes we may start our dirt bikes to go for a ride. We have 3 adorable dogs, Harley, Haze and Kaipo that may come down and say Hi. It is a great spot, with banana trees, papaya trees and taro on the property. A occasional peacock may show up.
