This Frisco condo is an excellent choice for a quick getaway or an extended remote working vacation. Only a block from the great shopping and dining in Downtown Frisco (as well as the free ski shuttle bus stop), it has everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains!

This nicely updated studio, 1-bathroom deluxe condo is a fantastic couple’s retreat! The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV with soundbar that’s great for watching the game or your favorite shows. There’s a large desk/work area for catching up on emails or other projects in a quiet, peaceful setting. The full kitchen has white quartz countertops and everything you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to a shared hot tub, an elevator, and parking for one vehicle. All Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and our helpful staff is available 24/7 to ensure you have everything you need to make your vacation a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Walking distance to town. parking spot right out front. Overall our stay was good. The only bad part is the building. The building itself is old and smells like cigarettes. The hot tub was not what we expected... its basically a kiddie pool with warm water, the jets dont work. But at the price listed, its a great spot.

Location was great…but could use work

We really liked the location of the property being so close to the bus. But when we got to the condo we had blinds that would not work and only covered half the window for our whole stay. I was also greeted by long black hairs when going to bed :(The condo had enough amenities to let us make our own food for the week and get our clothes dry. But the fan in the bathroom along with some other features left something to be desired.

Frisco April Stay

Unit was clean and well appointed. Footsteps of guest staying above me were constant and loud every morning and evening (I was not in unit during the days (skiing). The guest was a very active indoor walker and drove me nuts with the contant back and forth across my ceiling. Summit .ountain Rentals were of no help. Because of this, I won't stay in the unit or Cedar Lodge again, nor will I rent from Summit .ountaim Rentals again.

I loved the stocked kitchen and that it is walking distance to main street with many shops and restaurants. The reason I didn't give a 5-star rating across the board is because the walls and floors are very thin and you can hear the people in the units next door, in the hallway, and above. The upstairs neighbors were especially noisy. I had planned this stay to get some quiet time away to work do some beginning of the year planing. The upstairs neighbors were home and making noise almost the entire time I was there. If you know the noise won't bother you and you're not looking for a quiet space, or if you plan to go to bed late and wake up early, then I would definitely recommend this property. The noise factor alone is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this unit or personally stay here again. Everything else was lovely!

Newly renovated studio with great amenities and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed here for a week to snowboard at Breck and Beaver Creek. The location is conveniently located just minutes from I-70 and tucked away towards the back of Frisco, which was very quiet. I enjoyed the amenities and newly renovated space. The kitchen was fully furnished with pots and pans, bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and there was a huge 65” TV to enjoy movies after hitting the slopes. I only had an issue with the noise from the neighbors upstairs with extremely heavy steps. Part of the issue is that the building itself is a bit older so the walls and ceilings are pretty thin. Despite this, the support staff were extremely responsive and tried to address my concerns quickly which helped. They provided detailed check in/check out instructions as well.

Frisco stay

We didn’t have a very pleasant stay due to the people above us sounded like they were line dancing. It was so loud that we were unable to sleep. It continued late into the night and early in the morning. I almost spent the money to go to a hotel and stay because of the lack of sleep. I will be posting a negative review when I get a chance. Thanks

Adequate and smaller than we expected from the pics.

Worked out all right but we had friends in the area and we wanted to have them over but there wasn’t room or even chairs to eat a supper meal together. Overall fine.

Loved this spot! The condo is super cute, and the location is fantastic for walking around downtown or hopping a bus. Our room was ready early, it was quiet, and parking was easy with the reserved spot!

Wanted to love it….

Unit itself was very nice and clean but the building itself needs updating. Very dated and the fact that there were older units with smokers made it less appealing. Noise from unit above was very prominent.

A great Frisco studio

Our stay was very enjoyable, and the property was just as described. The unit was well equipped with all the necessary things for a couple nights in lovely Frisco. Communication was great, and the assigned parking was a handy bonus. Will stay here again!

Great Stay for Our Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a great stay for a ski trip with my husband due to its fantastic central location to most of the epic pass hills. The condo itself is modern, provides a great kitchen and comfortable sleeping space, and the hot tub was relieving after 4 days of skiing. Summit rentals was also a great rental company to work with, as they checked in to see how our stay was going, and answered any questions we had within minutes. The condo location in Frisco was also excellent, as we were able to walk one block to Main st to go shopping and have dinner. Overall we felt very safe, comfortable, and at-home at this very clean space, and it provided many amenities including cooking utensils, board games, and extra towels for the hot tub. Only concern was that it could be quite loud in this space from the plows and people walking outside, as well as the loud upstairs neighbor and hallway guests (not great sound proofing however, we were able to sleep fine with ear plugs). This was a fantastic stay overall, and we would definitely both stay here again and recommend it to others!
