705 Barrington Park is a 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath villa in the Barrington Complex. This villa has an open concept, beautiful gray tiled floors throughout the main living area and very nice coastal accents. You enter into the fully stocked kitchen where there are granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. There are two bar stools at the countertop and an adjacent glass dining room table that seats four. In the living room there are two tan sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper, an accent chair and a 50” TV. Through the sliding glass door is a covered balcony. The balcony has a round table that seats four and overlooks the complex lagoon and lush landscaping.
Down the hall you will find the half bath and the stackable washer and dryer. The master suite is carpeted and has a king size bed, walk-in closet and 32” TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
The Barrington Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers and grilling area. There is also an elevator and under cover parking garage. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops.
