Spacious quaint cottage w/ lots of open space. Located walking distance to downtown Ocean Springs for restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and museums. Large kitchen if want to make your own southern dishes. The beach is a close 5-minute drive to a gorgeous sunset nearby or 10 minutes to casino entertainment in Biloxi. Children in tow? walk just down the street to Quakes ice cream parlor. Our property is also pet friendly with a fenced in yard.

Nice house. Was clean. Enjoyed the stay. Only thing they definitely need to fix is the tiles on the bathroom floor before someone cuts their foot on the broken tiles.

The house was charming, clean, and centrally located to the Arts District, shopping and great restaurants. The Hosts were responsive and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not sure which was more space or great amenities

These hosts are great. The cabin is super spacious, well decorated and in a great location. Amenities included spacious backyard for our pups, record player with LPs, games and full size washer and dryer. Location is awesome

Weekend in Ocean Springs

Great little spot not far from downtown Ocean Springs. Spacious living area & kitchen. Only downside is the train tracks honestly, otherwise really good stay!

Roomy and incredibly clean cottage

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The cottage was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. The cottage is just how it’s pictured on VRBO. The rooms are huge and there is a nice large family/dining room open space. The location of the cottage was perfect for us. Restaurants, a grocery store, and beaches are 5 minutes away. Biloxi was less than 15 minutes. The host was very informative giving us a list of favorite restaurants and things to do in the area. There is a train that runs across the street but it was not bothersome and would not be a deterrent to rent this cottage again. This was a great place to stay in Ocean Springs.

The cottage layout was great for our group of five. The kitchen had everything needed for meal prep and cooking. The shower had great water pressure. The front porch was plenty big for the kids to play on. Bed were very comfortable. The Roku had all of the popular streaming services. The cottage is a little out of walking distance from downtown for me and my wife (we're old), but the price was right. Highly recommend it!

Pleasant stay

The home was great. Two BRs and full-sized kitchen, bath, LR, and DR. Well stocked. Nice front porch with rockers. Great fenced-in back yard for dogs. Close to town, but not really "walking distance" (a mile?). Great dinner at Maison de Lu. Private. Quiet -- except for the freight trains that come 3-4 times a day (and occasionally at night) and blow their horns. If you are not used to being around trains, it might be a shock. We actually find the rumble and the road crossing signals (two long, one short and one long) quaint, even romantic. This home is in a town, not in the countryside, so expect more noise and lights. Ocean Springs itself is charming. Also, it's worth the short drive over the bridge to Biloxi. Visit the Katrina Memorial, the Visitors Center, Jefferson Davis' home on the far side - it sheds a different light on his role in the Civil War. Enjoy CS -- we did.

Ocean Springs get away

First of all the pictures on of the home on VRBO do not do it justice! The home is beautiful and very clean and welcoming. When we arrived, I was unable to get into the home because I believed the code wasn’t working. Found out that I’m an idiot and was entering the code wrong or something. I called the owner and they were there in less than an hour to get me in. Which actually worked out perfectly because we had to go shopping for food to cook while we were there. We did have an issue with the AC not working on the first night. I called and talked with the owner and they had the AC fixed that afternoon which was a surprise due to I can’t get that kind of service on my own home. The location of the home is perfect because you are so close to the down town shops and about 3 miles from the Casinos. I will recommend this home to my friends and family that may visit Ocean Springs MS. We had a great time visiting the Mississippi Gulfk Coast and enjoyed our little vacation.

Trains and cats

Enjoyed our second visit to Ocean Springs. House Clean with large kitchen. Not well equipped for long visit. Living room seating comfortable and TV connection and WiFi good. *Dingy towels and wash clothes (white) *Floors showed many soft spots and felt unsafe. *Outside unkept and with very dirty siding. *Cats living under house and crying constantly *Fight broke out on street in front of house. *Trains going through to often so loud and viBrasted house 24/7 *Neighborhood surrounding questionable

Comfortable cottage

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Light and airy with plenty of towels, sheets, blankets etc. You should be aware that train tracks are nearby, but we did not find that to be a problem. About a mile from the heart of downtown Ocean Springs. Lots of fun shopping and good food. We enjoyed the Walter Anderson museum very much. There are many interesting things to see and do in the area.

Christmas break in ocean springs

Home was clean with many provided amenities. Clean bedding, well equipped kitchen, ample parking, and close to many local restaurants. An easy drive to casinos and beaches. Close to an active railroad track. Lots of shopping and eateries within walking distance. Nice fenced in backyard for a small pet but the fence does have a couple of small escape points. Would be a nice upgrade if there was a tv and dresser in the master. Great location for the Mississippi coast!
